This is my own add-on video from Barrel Dreams Inc (link below). Local to Campbell, Ca. I some of the tools i used, some lessons learned, etc. I made comments like you know what "tire" is; its refered to in the barrel dreams video for adjusting the back angle. I sanded and stained. how I use my pit boss kettle. End to End. Did with my iphone so video is ho-hum.. I am not an expert but I have used this kamado for a couple years. I have a cheesy video on how i assembled it.. ITS HEAVY and I love how it really only has 2 moving parts. "Inner ring" i kept commenting on is the firebox.

airscape repair. I am no youtuber. thought this might help some folks. I'm mechanically challenged. This should take anyone longer to gather tools, then actually replace. Took me 2 hours up and down the latter due to heat. Average person maybe 15 minutes. Was over 100 after taxes and shipping.

bought this @ Costco in San Jose. Was 600.00. Came w/ 2 grill tops; and deflector. Took ~ 1-2 hours to build and was pretty easy. Audio and was a bit windy and hard so apologies.

So how do you attach the wires on th back of your 12 volt reticle?

I just got this smoker and using it today for a pork butt. This thing has some thick white smoke does lump charcoal always smoke like this
depends, but i would say yes. If its black, thats no bueno. My kamado doesen't really start to see smoke out of the top unless I'm over 275-300F. Hopefully it turned out ok
also thought i would add.. came with 2 cooking levels. Also, from front to back, based on starting the fire from the center, towards the back or hinge area, its hotest.
I have the same grill. I bought an ash basket that allows you to easily move the charcoal out when you want to clean your grill.

thanks. Im not a normal youtube contributor. will make those changes in the future. I have been running that thing for a couple years now. not water tight, but has been under a tent trailer (panel on top of the trailer).
