There wasn't enough money for a T-shirt? Poor woman.
Just too hot babe x
Жопа класс.😊 фигура супер 😊. 👍👍👍
my only excuse is not wanting to drive 1 hour by train, work out an hour and drive back home 1 hour
This is my first time watching ur vids and omg why aren't you viral yet
Tell me about it!! Hahaha
Keep smashing it I hope you achieve your goals! ❤
I just subscribed to you!!❤ I love how simple yet direct and relatable your explanation is. Your soothing voice helps me focus too. And a plant-based coach?! I’m in!!!! 🎉
@@anisrazlan1837 ah thanks so much!! Happy to have you here!
I always do 3 sets 8 - 12 reps. If i can do a minimum of 11-12 reps on all sets I up the wait. Then I probably will start the next time with only 3 sets where I can manage 8 - 10 reps. I keep the weight there untill I hit 11-12 again.
This is useful information, thanks very much!
That bulge is hella distracting. But congrats on your transition.
Weird way to admit you’ve never had a girlfriend but go off!!
@@LisasLiftingClub No of course... Just not one in your phase of development.
How did you grip give up in lateral raises!? You gotta work on your grip girl.
Your boyfriend doesnt approve .... Work on that gripstrength...
You have beautiful armpits! How do you remove armpit hair and how often? What deodorant do you use? 🙂
Grip shouldn't be giving way on laterals at all. The weight used isn't anywhere near anybodies grip limit whatsoever. I'm not stipulating the cuffs don't have their place, as they do. But in reality, you need to be ensuring you're training without them to bring your inadequete grip levels to a better standard.. all you're going to so by not using them is furthering that gap making it worse for every exercise. (No disrespect as you're channels trying to offer informitive content) my two cents from 16 years of training.
@@pl-shep5137 totally agree! It’s hard to give more context as shorts give you so little characters for a caption but straps and cuffs should definitely not be a first port of call - always wanna build grip natural grip first! I find on this movement even at a lower weight holding a handle burns my forearms more than anything so the cuff is helpful to take that out of the equation too!
i usually do my cable lateral raises towards the end of my workout, so my hands are sweaty, weakened grip and it helps with the mind-muscle connection to focus more on lifting with the side delts rather than gripping the bar then lifting with side delts.
@@LisasLiftingClub I do cuffs because I want to build my side delts and not my grip so I like your tips. I deadlift 150kilos and I keep telling everyone that if they went to train their grip, they can just train it separately, and I am telling you, you are right to say that Cable Lateral Raises are for training the side delts and not the grip.
Omggg I missed this, didn’t know you’d made a vlog of it!!! Wasn’t it just the best concert?! ☺️🤩🥳
@@EllaCatherine hehe you know!! I need to up my game and actually get my camera out in public more because why is it so short!! But the BEST!!
💪💪💐
Being on your phone is not the problem, it’s when people get sidetracked with what they’re doing on their phone and occupy the machine for longer. Especially during busier times.
Lmao So you can't even last a few seconds without a smartphone? That's not something to brag about haha and it's not something that's in any way understandable. You obviously have something between concentration problems/ADHD and the attention span of a Tiktok user😂 pathetic
I don’t have social media. So yeah. I be like this
fair play girlie! i always track my sets and rest on my phone as well so more so watching that!
Love from india ❤️🇮🇳❤️
Agree ❤
but that is right
For real
Why don’t you do barbell squats? Just curious on if there’s a reason why you use this machine? ☺️
A couple of reasons! This loads at the hips rather than your spine and also helps to train that lifted chest with the help of the handles!
There is no point in keeping break that long in standing position with no tension at all
We wanna make sure we’re resetting and bracing properly before each new rep, so whilst this might be a little long for you - not inherently bad!
Hi. Nice cleaning vid. Loved the colour of your socks too! Have a great day!
❤
The girl I work beside does nothing but mock the people she sees at the gym not doing what she thinks they should do. It's so disappointing. However, my experience is that 99% of people are rooting for you. I'm overweight, and people help when I can't do something or cheer for me when I can. People do notice you, but usually with admiration.
Sadly there’s always going to be the odd person who doesn’t have good intentions, but like you say if people do notice you they’re more likely to be welcoming/admiring than not! The gym can be intimidating but a lot of the time the people there are the best!
That is NOT true. You are being judged and watched until you are no longer entertainment! Exhibit A: how many videos do we see showing someone floored by how much someone is lifting? A lot! How many uploads of people doing the most extra during their workout? All the time! Even the most basic; how do you learn? By watching. So yes, you are definitely being watched. Being judged, for better or worse.
What we see online is absolutely the minority and a lot of the time when we do see those videos those groups know each other - I can think of a few examples! And certainly in bodybuilding heavy gyms, people are so locked into their own sessions that they don’t bat an eyelid at people doing their own thing!
Such an interesting thing to argue against u should be studied.
@@yolotiktoks3357 not arguing at all. Not even judging. Just saying it’s a fact. Even the videos we are watching are of people saying ‘I see a lot of people doing their [ fill in the blank] like this.’ How many relationships start in the gym? I really could go on and on about how people watch other people. It’s literally done everywhere, but the gym is the exception??? And I would be flattered if you studied me 😊
@@LisasLiftingClub I respectfully, disagree.
Tuna mayo kimchi sammich omg 😍😍
SO flipping good, life has been changed finding that brand 😭
They didn't get their bodies in any gym full stop. They've all got more silicon than flesh at this point 😂
Your discount code for free soul dsnt work
Ahh it’s changed since this video has gone up - LLC should work! Thanks for flagging, I’ll edit the description!
I love to watch your videoes. I have followed you for YEARS ❤️ You are amazing 🥰
Hey love! I noticed your hair is still wet, like 60% - you need to dry the hair for about 80-90% before you could see the results. A good tip is to use the round brush to dry and detangle the hair until it's 90% or fully dry. Then work your way with the curler. Trust me, it makes a big difference the second time around 😊
I’d seen so many vids saying to have it wetter but defo need to preserve and try it more dry!
really cute video!! love the sambas but it may be worth it to return the ones in the video for a color way that is easier to style. there's a lot of sambas options (look into adidas gazelles and spezials) if you want the color, do a shoe where the base is a random color and the stripes are neutral or you can do base is a pop of color and stripes are a different shade of that color (like the blue adidas spezials) nonetheless you can make the ones you have work with a bit more effort in the styling! <33
Might not be to everyone’s taste but I love the shoes! I’ve got some more neutral options for other fits but these are a nice fun pop of colour!
Ahhhhh I’m so glad you loved it! They all look so good 🫶🏽 defo try a wide leg jean rather than straight with the blue outfit
I’ve got my eye on some! Just don’t wanna get them on vinted because you can’t send them back 😤
I have really flat, stick straight hair that doesn't hold any curl. I actually just got this and it worked wonderfully for me. Here are a couple of tips to how I do it. I make sure my hair is about 80-90% dry. I either let it air dry or use this with the concentrator attachment or my old Dyson dryer depending on if I feel like my hair needs a gentler touch. If I want more volume, I spray Kenra Root Lifting Spray #13 on the roots before blow drying. Then I use a heat protectant that doubles as a volumizing product. I use the CHI Volume Booster Liquid Bodifying Glaze. I wrap the hair on the barrel for 15 seconds then 15 seconds cool shot. After my whole head is done, I spray Kenra Design Spray #9 for flexible hold or if I want better hold for more volume I use CHI Magnified Volume Finishing Spray. I let it cool then I finger brush the curls out. My curls lasts 2 days which is big for someone with hair like mine (Asian) that doesn't hold curl. Hope that helps!
then what do you think, what is the best possible diet for humans?
It depends on the person. There's not one "best possible diet for humans" when everyone has different nutritional needs
Honey you know when it will end when you realize you don't have to do it alone that asking for somebody's help is not a problem it's a solution❤ be well love
gluten free pasta (free from) is actually pretty good!! I don't eat gluten free (too much love for bread) but been having that pasta instead of regular quite often.. and isn't that different from regular, hahha
Ah that’s good to know! I know the bread can be bad so I did want to spend ££ on something that I wouldn’t end up finishing!
@@LisasLiftingClub oh.. bread - do not waste your time, hahaha. But pasta - I think is pretty good! I couldn’t have gluten for a while (became intolerant due to covid for some reason).. so have tried a bunch of gluten free stuff. And pasta is decent!!
Don’t do this folks, unless you want a heart attack
If it was pre-workout maybe, but Creatine I think we’ll survive!
Needed this thank you
I’m glad!!

Yeah, I've learned it's about a small calorie deficit over time.
Oh yes ma’am! Slow and steady wins the race!
