Berry/wine colours are not my go to either but I do love the look for Christmas 🎄. Even this fall since burgundy clothing is in style I do think it goes really nicely together. I was thinking of grabbing the Hourglass “At night” collection at the next Sephora sale, it looks so nice

Loving the hair! Re: mascara, I used to swear by VB mascara, tower28 and ilia and this year I’ve converted to the elf lash xtndr in both brown and black and I don’t think I’m going back! So so high performing while super budget friendly - can’t justify spending more now

I too have the hardest time finding the right tint in Nars. I think they need to reformulate their neutral- cool tones in all the product line. I also have to use a green color corrector with almost everything. Concealers are the worst for me to find. I mix 2 colors from Nars because I love the formulas of both the matte and creamy concealers. more companies, like Merit has, need to listen to their consumers and make more balanced color choices and add them to their lines. Elf lash Extndr is really good tuning mascara. Comes in black and brown .

I wasn't aware that he had a duo named She's Baked. May I ask where you live? It looks like She's Blushing or She's Flushed which is what we have in the States. I love it. I use a VERY wispy brush from Profusion for application.

The obviously muted green undertone of LE T5 is so assertive. I mix T5 into my clear SPF oil and that greigey green pigment still comes through and provides a neutralizing veil which subtly blurs skin discoloration. Try it sheered out with moisturizer or add to another skint tint that's too saturated, orange like Glossier G8. I do both and the velvet texture still remains even used as mixers. I've become obsessed with T5, which has encouraged me use up my other imperfect foundation shades.

The company that Rosie had partnered with to launch the brand went bankrupt. The brand was sold as an asset to another company but Rosie won't be working with them. We can assume, if they paid good money for the brand, that they intend on carrying on with it - but who knows what changes they might make. Did you dye your hair a warmer shade of brown, Kay, or am I hallucinating?

I got the make waves mascara thinking it was a tubing formula, idk how I missed that. It’s beautiful when I wear it but it flakes soooo bad everytime! Do you find it flakes on you? Maybe it will wear differently in the colder weather

So glad to see you telling everyone to use sunscreen. I wait 15-20 minutes to let my skincare / sunscreen “dry down” soak in. That way it doesn’t get moved around and or removed with my makeup brush. I love La Roche-posay products it all I use for my basic skin care.

Call me nuts but I think the LE skin tint looks gorgeous on you!! Maybe I’m just biased bc it’s my own personal fav, but every time you put it on, your skin looks amazing ❤

I feel the same way about winter less sun days. FYI for all SPF does not suppress your bodies ability to to make vitamin D. if you have a vitamin D deficiency it isn’t your spf causing it!!!

I worked as a cosmetologist for over 20 years. Part of the time I worked for a Plastic surgeon and I learned so much. I also have to see a dermatology for skin issues. Both have said this… SPF 50+ after all skincare is on. I use one that works as a moisturizer for me as well. cover the face well. Let it dry down/ soak in for 15-20 minutes before you apply anything else. If you have a makeup product with spf in it do not rely on it for your only spf but it can be layered after that first one is on for the 15-20minutes. I even do this with a tinted spf. I used Biore spf 50+++ and let it dry down then apply a tinted spf 50 as my “foundation” I really want to try the Naturium spf and she has a new spf tinted one that she says works well together. Also use your fingers not a brush to apply spf. The best SPF… is the one you will wear.😊

They added another shade to the WA contour stick, Ganache (deepest of the 3). I’m in between biscuit and truffle, so I mix them. 😵‍💫 I gave into the hype on the Auric Glow lust and I’ve washed my face off every time I’ve used it. I cannot stand how heavy it feels on the skin, so it’s in a giveaway bag as we speak 😅.
