I buy sets that are now retired on eBay (usually used, new ones tend to be crazy expensive). Pro tip: try to look for ones that may have missing pieces as they are significantly cheaper and you can easily get those pieces on bricklink for pennies 😎

Alternatively you can use part out option on bricklink of this set and see if you can just buy all the pieces you need there 😁 sometimes it may be more reasonable than buying the set itself. Manuals are available for free on legos website

I can say with all honesty that this was one of the most interesting builds so far. Including the blue background. Each row was different and surprisingly not boring at all. The biggest issue was to sometimes differentiate the colours as there are 4 shades of blue and the colours in manual don't exactly help 😅

Yes it was one of the most interesting and varied build so far, the only repetitive part was the frame but don't let it discourage you 😉

Well, all I can say is it wasn't the most interesting build I've ever done but it's not as bad as it may seem. Definitely way less boring than Camp Nou 😅

The most annoying bit was making sure all the 1x1s are lined up, I'm sure you know that pain 😂 and there's a lot of them

Well yes and no, it isn't really useful when stacking 1x1 bricks on top of each other. I tried new technique, connecting them when they are sideways, on top of flat surface, otherwise it's never straight 😂

The only thing I can think of is they connect 3 pieces for rigidity: 2x2 modified plate on the left with 4x10 plate on right and 2x6 modified plate on front, they couldn't use 2x4 brick instead as the hose connector had be inserted between blue technic brick and said yellow one, if they used 1x2 technic brick for the hole alone, the 2x2 brick brick that could have been placed where 2 black pins are wouldn't hold the 3 aforementioned pieces together. That's what I think 🤔
