Low Rider S Bar Risers & Kraus T Rex Plate
Переглядів 1,2 тис.Рік тому
With my short height of 174cm (or 5ft 9inch) I make the Low Rider S fit me with bar risers and the Kraus Moto T-Rex Plate
Would you need to have your cables extended if you used this plate with the stock bars/ risers?
@@marvelharris9540 no it is an easy install and the stock cables will work .. just.
I have Low Rider S 2023 .And plan for some Risers . I am 174cm too. The slow motion on 1:15 is very useful for me. Thanks you
Great looking LOW RIDER, the fairing really sets the bike off, great job!
yes, it really places it between the S & ST for looks and function. Offers most of the ST fairing benefits without the bulk. Speed screen does nothing but look ok.
So spend about $1,000 USD painted for the wind to hit you in the head? I was actually told by a dealer that’s where the wind would hit so I’m still looking for an alternative.
Hits at the top of my helmet and goes over.. zero buffeting.. But always consider your height, its very relevant..me at 5ft 9in works perfectly..if you're taller then maybe not. Cheers
@@NXAussie500 Thank you for the reply, I’m also 5’9” and would like the wind to go over my head if possible. Have you considered a taller windshield like a 12” or 14” from Denton? They make replacement windshields for the Harley quarter faring. Also, does the stock inner plastic cover for the headlight need any modification for the quarter fairing. I like how you cleaned that up. Thank you!
@adirezze4 I was aware of the taller screen but I don't have a problem with the wind or any tubulance.. also I like to see the road directly rather than through a screen. But that's just me. No mods to the speed screen dash needed.
@@NXAussie500 Great, thank you!
Thank you, for the review on the T-Rex pull back, I have the FXLRST same color as yours, also have 6" pull back risers, I'm also 5` 9 " having the plate installed tomorrow, my dealer is furnishing the plate, wiring and cables for 1100 dollars American, great price I thought, but do spend a lot of money there😂
Been waiting on your review on the T-Rex pull back plate, do you like them after some miles, been thinking about installing them on my FXLRST.
Hi sorry, been away with work but I will be doing this episode very soon. I;ll also cover much more too. thank you for being patient.
new episode out now
I'm looking to get this fairing for mine as well... thanks for the review, you have a great bike there!
Brett, it is 60cm
What size brake line ?
By size, do you mean diameter or length?
@@NXAussie500 length lmao
60cm
@@NXAussie500 wtf is cm, this is a AMERICAN BIKE WE USING AMERCIAN measurements homeboy
Ok, 24 inches in American. I googled it...
Hey man, did the handling change at all or does it feel mostly the same?
Hi, yes the handling is very much improved, I'll do a follow up video to explain more. thanks
coming soon, please stay tuned.
Great video. I have a small reach and am leaning too far forward when I sit on a low rider and is uncomfortable. This seems like the way to go
