I genuinely don’t know what the truth is. Whether he did the things they claim or not. But what I do know is it was inspiring to have someone so outspoken about their faith in the voice acting industry. It was refreshing and reassuring as someone who wanted to be a voice actor when I was a kid, and as someone who believes in God. No matter what the truth is, his openness with his faith undoubtedly made it easier for me to be as well. Even now, when he’s given shit for it by people who hate him.

I remember the early days the anti-Vic trolls were really hostile and seeing how negative those people were kind of made me feel bad for them, they were not mentally stable and probably aren't today. I'm glad Mr. Mignogna made through all that 💩 and is doing well. Heck, he's 61 and looks like he's in his 40-45! I hope when I'm 60 that I look as young. 😆

Adam Sessler was a bridge between a generation of gamers when I was a kid. I think his subconscious recognition of that (along with his candid blind misplaced loyalty) coaxed him into going down the route he took. He could’ve actually had an immense social impact on gaming culture and actually propagated his moral/ethical ideals-if he didn’t become so offensive. It’s a deeply human tragedy-after working so many years in front of a camera, I think the professionalism melts away, it merges with the person, and before you know it…the person slips up in front of camera. Happy to hear from him. Tragic what happened to G4. It deserved more.

I am a late fan of Vic. I just got onto the bandwagon the last few years. Lol I have learned to appreciate and love this guy! I got to meet him today and I just wanted to cry and I did hug him out of genuine care for him. I hope he comes back with a BANG!!

I know Adam Sessler has gotten pitchforks thrown at him over the past several years, but I want to give him some props for now being one of the Elder Gods of video game journalism/criticism and paving the way along with Morgan Webb for making reviewing and covering video games entertaining.

This was a great interview. I liked that this interview was not only well structured, but talked about both the good and the bad times in a balanced manner. Some interviewers ONLY want to talk about the drama or try to push a guest to get a reaction out of them. I'm glad that this was able to capture all of Adam Sessler's professional journey and not just his time during the short-lived revival of G4.

I cannot stand christianity but I enjoy the fact that this man hasn't been broken.

I love Adam. I never knew about his show during most of the ZDTV/TechTV days but I did watch X-Play off and on starting around the time Morgan joined until ealry-mid 2005. In December 2004 I was injured at work and was on worker's comp for a few years after so I was at home a lot and in early-mid 2005 I started watching X-Play (and G4 in general) pretty religiously. Their E3 and Comic Con coverage was always like early Christmas. I was very disappointed when they gave Adam the boot in 2012 and only kept watching X-Play because of Morgan. I tried the "reboot" version of G4 almost exclusively due to Adam's and Kevin's involvement. I watched both versions of the network all the way to their respective very ends.
