      nice, always listen to your body and take rests as you need, that's the beauty of solo-drills! You might also try to change the speed at which you move, try going faster/slower or even fully isometric for a moment :)

    Last days I have done various of you Animal movements videos and I enjoyed them deeply.     Terrific offering Tim. This type of exercise isn't close to mainstream. So, don't get discouraged if you don't get as many 'likes' as you would expect. It will appeal to people who have learned that conventional gym bro training won't be there for them game day. I'll be doing the exercises as I acclimatize to hot and humid. Best, Bill

      Just practice - the more you practice the better you will be 😊 Do what you can today and take the breaks you need. Listen to your body instead instead of your mind. Gaining Strength, just like any physical ability is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Just enjoy the ride😊
