I would love to figure out how to make abs parts. I think I'll be limited to using liquid polyurethane though. I do know of some companies that sell gallons of pu.

Street Bandito and Ruski Weld Fab is good stuff. They don't make plastic panels but they do custom fiberglass, carbon, and kevlar panels. I have been just doing composite panels up to this point because I haven't been able to figure out where to source liquid plastic to pour into panel molds.

I know this is old so might not get seen: is that mounting location best for all AOSs? I just bought the radium AOS-R, but can't find any good tutorials on its install. Online instructions basically say it just needs to be put somewhere higher than the engine return.
