Eric is the type of guy that will only help you succeed if you sre willing to work within his system. His methods of breaking you down piece by piece and then suddently building you up although extremely toxic, also allows you to grow if you take the right lessons from how he treats you.
18:59 What an incredible moment of acting by Leung. Eric is an absolute titan in his field, but is constantly letting his mask slip through small mannerisms that expose how vulnerable and insecure he really is. Never seen such a captivating performance.

When you are really working hard and getting things done you are not listening to other people's soundbites, you fix the screen and you ignore people around you, also, aggressive behaviour costs money because it disrupts trains of thought and significantly slows any task down by destroying concentration. NO ONE is immune to this. Time is money and low concentration time is money lost.

Love the show and the character but it’s funny how a couple of these lines, taken out of the episode, seem so expository. “Executive dining room, only top brass goes there.” “Adler gives me the fear.” Not subtle when out of context. Funny, that.
He's such a great typecast against Indian actors. He's not seen as a guy part of his race, he's just a ruthless, cocky trader. Dude would seem like a cousin I would love to have.
