Overpowered Flurry

Build adjustments:
1. Dropped all additive damage tempers and went with Caltrops Duration & Size. This allowed me to be on a much more comfortable set-up and be more on-point with the skill rotations.
2. Switched out Fluidity for Combat as the only Agility Skill on the build isn't being spammed as much.

Optimized the build further without drastically changing the play-style. Adjustments done: 1. Went from 20 frames to 17, by dropping Retribution and took Accelerating 2. The Pit : Tier 109 With some more tweaks to the build was able to clear T109 with over a minute and a half time remaining. Changes to the build: 1.
