    Good workout❤ I'm not at all a sports person, but I was able to finish it (the first one I tried on UA-cam). I liked that there were no approaches with the same exercises. And it would be ideal if there was a sound at the end of the exercise (that is, you don’t need to constantly look at the time) and breaks between exercises (5-10 seconds).
