Hi. My firestick all of sudden is stuck on the Amazon logo. and the remote is not working any longer. I have done all the steps and I mean all the steps. I cant update because my remote is not working.... and contacted Amazon they want me to buy another one instead of assisting me on how to update my Amazon stick. How can I update my fire stick with out my remote?

You solved my problem in the last 60 seconds. I couldn't get the TV to turn on/off with soundbar connected.

ok.. i have a brand new fire stick its not even registered and i lost the original remote somewhere! Can i use another firestick remote even tho itsnot it's original!

Question that I've always had - Having an old 4k Samsung smart TV from 2017, still connects to the Internet & loads Netflix with no issue. Purchasing media streamers, will it improve the picture quality due to Dolby vision etc.. and being newer?

My Samsung smart series 8 is a 2016 model (8 years old now) and is still doing fine. I recently did the update and it loaded all the latest aps, cool! My previous tv was a 2015 Vizio and not a cheap one, over $1000 and it died at 14 months, just past the warranty of 12 months. I now use T-Mobile home internet with UA-cam live streaming and no streaming device. Works great and I got rid of the terrible Verizon hotspot WIFI's and DirecTV! Really liked your vid!🦾

Unplugging my Firestick then taking the battery out of my remote plugging the fire stick back in putting the battery back on my remote and pressing the home button till it synced worked perfectly. Thank you.

It won't work because of the ssl alarm security system and I don't have a remote

My remote went back to working by unplugging the fire stick, take one of the batteries out and put it back while the stick was restarting. So it worked, thanks!!!
