Hej Edwin, no one in England or SA has my birds, I sent most of my old breeders to Romania, Bulgaria and Slovenia, I kept some younger birds to breed off but the breeding has not went well, nothing but problems this year, with one thing or another, I have only bred 19 y/birds and will have to sort out what few old birds I have left for next year, so I´m more or less starting over again myself.

@ericlaidler8182 ok wen u are in a position to sell please update me.or u can also share tye details of the people u sold ur birds to perhaps they might also be abke to help with ur strain.and how difficult it is to sell birds to someone hu is in south africa like myself

Hej Randy, It first started with my first breeder loft, it was part of the back of my carport and I didn´t want to put any nail holes in it, I noticed that without the perch´s the birds just sat quietly in their nest box´s, so needless to say, when I built my present breeder loft, I didn´t put any perch´s in it, birds just sit quietly on the front of their nest box´s.

Hej Nathan, The first birds I got were from Eamon Dillon (Ollie Harris strain) Eamon was sec of the AERC at the time, a few years later I got birds from Morris Hole (Bob Brown strain) Morris started with birds from his good pal, Norman Chapman. what family of english birds are you working with ?

Hej Nathan, I never got a chance to see Shacks birds, not the original birds anyway, I visited him with a bunch of the Dutch fanciers, cannot remember what year it was, when he got back into the rollers years later.

Hej, The nest bowls are wrapped in newspaper for easy cleaning, they are high at the back in order to keep the walls of the nest box´s clean, all the droppings are at the front, which makes it easier to remove with the scraper.

Hi Eric ,not yet . Cleared new garden and just finished foundation base for loft . It ll be 11x5 , 3 sections .Doing what I can in this weather ! .🙂

Hej Hafiz, I think after 40 years, that I can say they are now my own strain of birds but its no secret that I started with birds from Eamon Dillon and then later birds from Morris Hole.

Hej Mark, not sure which fly your talking about, I judged the Euro Cup Roller Fly and it was Nikola Vukasinvic, Serbia who won for the second time in a row (2017), I´m late breeding this year, I´ve weaned the first round off and they should be ready to fly in a couple of weeks and the second round of youngsters are in the nest, they are about 8 days old, I´ll do an update when I get the first round flying, thanks.
