    Wow those carrots are beautiful! Really wish my grocery store sells them, they look so good! I'm also glad the process doesn't seem hard to do too, I'll have to try that! Also I love that cutting technique, I'm gonna have practice that. Your channel's underrated for sure!

      Yes, make sure they cool down completely before freezing. Ideally eaten fresh though!

    Nice cook, especially with the chimichurri. I gave it a like. I'd suggest a key to wonderful tenderness is slicing against the grain. If you can see the grain in the inside of the slice, then you sliced with the grain. Study the grain on top of the steak. Then study the grain on the side of the steak. Then slice perpendicular to those two grains, which is to say, slice on a bias so that you're slicing perpendicular to both grains simultaneously. Lots of cooks slice with the grain on top but ignore the grain on the side which is an error, and this often results in slicing with the grain. This is a very easy error to make with a Flat Iron and tons of people on YT make this mistake. Good luck

      @@Trueshogunate thank you!! It is slightly sweet but not overpowering. Yeah, you could do it with limes also, but I wouldn’t use as much juice. Maybe mix it with another citrus. That could go well with fish or shrimp!

    Looks good. I’m still getting the hang of searing fish. I learned a but when you said not to add too much oil I have been making that mistake. I caught a nice cobia recently and have been making pesto sauces, looked a lot like youre dish. I’ve been in heaven. We have swordfish here in Thailand but I haven’t caught one yet

      @@danielghosn6529 Depends on the thickness. Pan fry it on medium heat until you get the color you want, and add the butter with a few minutes left. If you still can’t cut it easily with a fork/spoon put it in a 400 degree oven until you can cut it easily. But good question, it’s easier to undercook swordfish than overcook.

      Buona domanda. Si mette olio d’oliva e burro nella pedella, poi limone e menta e cucina per un minuto. Aggiunga la pasta e zucchini e mescola bene. Finire con piú olio e pepe nero se vuoi.

    Its my favorite grandma used to make, whats ratio fir 1lb pasta? Ive nade small batches but when stretch to a lb i cant get right? Appreciate it tyvm

      Thanks for watching! For 1lb of pasta I would do 3 whole eggs, and either 1 or 2 egg yolks depending on size. 1 cup of cheese.
