Same thing with the the floor usually it's either dry Parquet wood/synthetic floor for safety reason. The lock is filmsy. But the most strange thing is that toilet with no overhead partition. Humidity excess from the shower will make fungi spores grow very fast not to mention being a breeding ground for pests.
