Adding a fill point to the cooling system in the Honda Powered Porsche
In this episode, we spend some time reorganizing the garage to make it a little easier to fit... two cars in there!
We then spend some time making a bracket setup for the brand new @mishimoto universal fill point, getting one step closer to putting water into a car that never came with it.

K24 ENGINE MOUNTED and PAINTED in the 911
Each video drop is like Christmas! Hoses and fittings need to arrive STAT
We’re getting close now! Everything is ready, each component has outlets ready to have hoses fitted up, hopefully Monday everything is in my hand and we get measuring!
Rewatching for like the 100th time! Awesome stuff
Great progress Seb, won't be long before this is on the road!!
It's definitely getting closer and closer now! Hopefully everything else arrives soon and I can get the hoses done and first water cycle through the radiators etc
What fuel pressure sensors is that?
The fuel pressure sensor is a Bosch 150psi sensor. The regulator itself is the new unit from Radium, their FPRD-RA model. www.radiumauto.com/FPRD-RA-Fuel-Pressure-Regulator-Damper-P2751.aspx
Always good to see this build pop up in my notifications first thing in the morning. Can't wait to see it sorted and driving!
Awesome work man the audio/music editing is perfect don’t change a thing❤
Hell yeah, the return of drum and bass to the channel is a welcomed one ❤️ appreciate your support!
Oh snap, new episode of my favorite 911 build of 2025. So happy I found this channel. Great stuff!
Thanks, I’m glad you found it too! Hopefully we’re on track to start the car back up soon 😅

@ Thanks!
We’re ru location I’m doing the same swap
Los Angeles
Well done man, its coming along nicely.
Thanks! Getting real close to being able to drive it!
Maybe radium boys give us a BOGO fuel cell system!
Spare mounting tabs pls 😂 🥺
🤣🤣🤝🏻
I actually think you’ll be good with the stock mounting tabs!
Just gotta wait for Ravi and CSF guys to get me a pair🙏
What a cool project man! Greetings from Amsterdam
From Amsterdam?! Thanks for the kind words!
Random South Australian number plate on the wall 😂
Have to represent the home state somehow! 🤣
cool.
Hopefully it’ll stay cool too 😅
Have you followed any of the videos from @rennch ? He's been doing the same thing as you except with a Subaru EZ30R engine. ua-cam.com/video/HprUons38s8/v-deo.htmlsi=jFASFURUIS-kLimp
Definitely been following the videos from @rennch! Him and I have been in contact, I’m sure we will get the cars together soon enough
If it's not enough cooling compacity you can run a Renault Alpine A310 RADIATOR as a center radiator. One of the water cooled RWB guys is running one on his 964. I plan on running one as well, when I get to that point. They are 31.69wx 11.9 tall
I appreciate that little tid bit! I'll definitely take a look if I discover the cooling capacity just isn't enough, will report back shortly hopefully!
so fire brother. cant wait to see it finished!!!!!
It’s starting to get real close now!
Well done bud, getting there! 👊
Each day is a day closer to the test drive!
You are getting there! Can’t wait for the first test drive…
You and me both! Starting to get really close now!
I see you’ve been pushing your projects around too! Nice progress! I feel your pain on losing footage too.
It’s why I found it funny you did as well and could understand the feeling! Losing footage absolutely sucks, but now I’ve got a system in place in hopes to not have it happen again
@ definitely a learning experience for sure!
You know if you threw slantnose bodywork on it you could install even more fans
935 style one piece front, big boy wheels and two more radiators!
When you put that cardboard in behind the dash to prep for paint, I thought, what if you mounted the metal plate in there and had the Haltech dash "recessed" and maybe make some use of the left over circles on each side?
That would have been a solid idea, however I have plans for either side of the Haltech dash, and the circles would not have worked! I like your thinking though!
So stoked on the progress!! Kind of unreal seeing it out of the garage and in the sun
You and me both!
Just subscribed- I have a 1967 912 - they are so narrow - I can barely fit a 7” rim back there. You might want to research how wide you can go for your body style before you have to cut and flare it further.
I’ll be going to the 3.0 RSR wide body, the front fenders are 11” and the rear 14”, I should have plenty of room
@ oh snap! Yeah- you will have room. I thought you were going for a sleeper look - my mistake
@ when the time comes for these wheels to go on, will be going a very different direction! Right now, it’s full throttle to drive this thing around the neighborhood
Is that Grand Prix white - love the color
It sure is Grand Prix White!
wheel center???
They’re SSR Auswuch’s! All a part of the vision
Looks like the water pump can be clocked independent to the motor housing.. why not clock it to make your life easier?
It can be, I do believe I still have to modify it for the locating tab. My initial thought about why not clocking it is the right move is that if I have to replace it on the side of the road or at a track, I wouldn’t want to have to modify it there… In saying that, I may want to do some modifications anyway, potentially welding -16 AN bungs directly onto the unit. Time will tell!
Lets gooo, so stoked for this
Happy New Year! lots of good progress, please get some rest!
And to you too! Definitely trying to get some rest., but also trying to use this holiday time for progress! 🙌🏻
Help me out here Seb. Why put the aftermarket water pump in? Doesn’t the factory water pump on the engine do the job?? Noob here so just seeking info. Also doing same project😅
I removed the factory water pump, AC and power steering setup in favor of the water block off plate from TracTuff and no thermostat. Basically I’ll be able to PWM control the electric water pump to run water through the engine without the need of a thermostat setup. The idea was to simplify the cooling system as much as possible. No noob questions here!
Big things coming for you this year🎉🎉❤❤
I hope so! Looking forward to sharing it here too 🙌🏻🤝🏻
DNB returns to the channel, nature is healing
What happened to the IG bro and name???
Took a bit of a step back from IG, and swapped the name to the specific project for the time being. I did start a smaller IG though, same as the channel name 🫡
@ ahhh ok, glad you’re still working on it… 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
yes sir! we should be driving it this year 🙌🏻
First!
Congrats. I have a 69' 912 thats I've been tinkering with for the past 10 years. Really want to do an EJ swap, just waiting for the right time to do it. Also have 3 year old, so good on you for being able to balance a build and that.
An EJ swap would be a ton of fun in a 912! Balance is a strong word, but it’s ultimately all for him to have as many smiles as possible and remember his dad wrenching in the garage with him!
this is brilliant
ive turbo k swapped a 987 cayman. running a Fueltech ecu
Hell yeah! Turbo k swap the world! 🫡
Keep rolling em out!!! Love it.
Thanks man! Hopefully a good consistent year ahead!
Taking "K-Swap the world" to heart
Someone’s gotta do it! 😅
Well done on the goal man.
Thanks! Onwards and upwards!
Awesome - these k24 swaps seem like the way to go
Glad you think so! Hopefully more start popping up too 🙌🏻
Dude huge congrats! Killing it, keep it up!!
Trying! Thanks man ❤️
Let’s goooo!! 💪🏻💪🏻 I’m proud to be one of the first to find your channel. Looking forward to seeing this epic project move forward.
I appreciate you a lot! Will definitely try my hardest to keep getting down there and documenting different parts as Justin continues with his build
I think it would be great if you could document the process of the swap and parts needed id anything custom Too.
I feel like documenting my own build is probably enough, but I’ll definitely be getting down there as much as I can to help and document
So so happy about this build!
Glad to have you here!
Those rads look cool wonder if they will fit a SWB car. 🤔
1965-1989 according to CSF, so yes! 🙌🏻
Michael on Rennch channel has been talking about these for awhile as well. They need to hit the market. I feel like it’s time someone started to make some of this stuff ie, engine cradles and stuff more available for these 911s. I know a lot of people want to do this!!!!!
He sure has been! I am so glad that they're finally _in our hands_ kind of situation and able to document the rest of the build with them. Engine cradles is something I have been looking into making jigs for and selling them. There are two options I have been investigating too, basically if you want the Honda lean or upright. I may ultimately put together a package. I am helping a couple of other people with their builds behind the scenes, so always feel free to message/dm. I got an instagram up now (instagram.com/k24t911) where I will am always contactable.
Dude that’s awesome!!!
Appreciate you man! I cannot wait to get them filled with water, up to temp and go for a rip around the neighborhood!
