Aikido always

I don't train Aikido, but I know some knowledge of techniques, and this roll you did in this short literally saved my life today. I am in Turkey on holiday and did quad biking, and I heard a snake hissing at me a few feet from me it led to me looking behind me and hitting a pot hold, which lead my quad to lose control and swerve into a ditch I tried turning my weight in the opposite direction and which led to me getting thrown over the handlebars and I did this roll technique and landed on my side into a break fall with not serious damage to me only a few cuts

This is nice, but I really like the slow meditative approach to Aikido. It seems silly but it's relaxing. I started learning jui-jitsu and I'm learning to integrate my Aikido, and trying to stay soft. Would like to try some Judo too but I'm afraid of further hurting my back.
