Genie silentmax 1000 doesn’t work from any remote
Garage door opener not working on my Genie silentmax 1000 garage door opener. Wall mounted remote and portable remotes don’t work. A blue light is flashing on the remote. Light doesnt work either. If you accidentally press the “Lock” button on the wall mounted remote, it disables everything. Press it again, and now the wall mounted remote light will come back on and it will operate notmally.

How to remove your K1200RS Fuel tank to get access to the air filter for replacement, my previous video shows how to get all the fairings off to get to this point. If you haven't replaced your fuel tank quick disconnects yet, if they are original plastic ones, they are known to break at the worst of times. New ones are metal! Try to run tank dry before so you won't leak the whole tank, or have ...

Is it necessary to flush the factory fill port? My grub screw hex recess is a bit stripped so I've been leaving that port alone over the years of flushing my brakes,

Thanks Kontor for the video. I have an issue and I hope you still monitor these comments. New pads and Spiegler lines on my 04 K1200GT. Bled front left, front right, and back per video. Seemed to work fine. Bike on the stand, front and rear brakes activate with key on and pressing the front hand brake lever. However, rear brakes will not activate with key on or off using the rear pedal. I have not bled my abs unit yet. Is this normal? Thank you for the help.

I now use the button every night. I turn off the garage door opener when I get home. Because we all leave our remotes in our cars which are outside. Burglars can just get your remote and enter your house thru your garage. Happens all the time. So with it turned off they can’t get the door open. Believe that was the purpose of it in the first place.

Hi, please, I've bought a BMW K 1200 RS 2005 96kw machine and I'm having a bit of trouble finding the service manual and I need to know what oils I need to replace. Could you advise me and specify and possibly supplement with a specific product? Some sources say that the same oil can be used for both the drive shaft and the gearbox, while others say otherwise. I'm confused about that. 1. Engine oil 2. Oil for the drive shaft 3. Oil for the gearbox Also, I have a few additional questions: 4. What coolant do you use? 5. Air filter 6. Brake fluid 7. Spark plugs Thanks a lot. BTW. thanks for the video!!!

Absolute legend. Done this process myself on my 2004 K1200GT made the wrench just as you described worked a treat with some extra grinding around the 7mm end. Crazy just how wobbly R3 and F3 bleeders where I was frightened all the time one was going to snap off. Doing this myself including the wheel circuits will save me approx £200 every two years compared to the stealers. Thanks for the video.

I've got a 1999 BMW K 1200 RS (K1200RS) w/ 30k miles +/-, that I bought 3/1/21, and enjoyed many a ride on it over the past 12 months. I'm slightly handy but no mechanic and worse I have no garage or tools at this time. It's got some minor knicks, scuffs on the saddlebags in particular but looks very good otherwise. A previous owner broke off a piece of the fairing, about 1.5" in, and half-assed glued it back on (left side, at the top front corner just below headlamp). After seeing this video I wouldn't mind selling and getting something easy to work on like a KLR or older GSA. My previous bikes were KLR 650, FZ1, ll50 GSA, RT 1150... all but the RT, and current K, were easy to maintain. Hit me up if interested in looking / buying >>> 1999 BMW K 1200 RS (K1200RS) w/ 29k miles, 2500 +/-, Lake Geneva, WI 53147

I don't own a K1200 but I occasionally consider one - out of curiosity I did a search for this process as I suspected it was a time-consuming aspect of doing any engine work on this bike. Your video affirms my appreciation for the half-fairing on my Triumph Sprint RS. :-) One standout tip is the use of cardboard screw organizers - genius! Cheers!
