Umek good job Nnam. It appears you are a specialist in dealing with swampy land. Do you think $40,000 can finish a building like this with boys quarters 4 rooms up and 4 rooms down. Just like a lockup shops. But, your associations , architects, structural engineers and COREN as a body have not done fairly good as regards the price of cement in Nigeria. I expected them to have protested about the cost of building materials especially cement. Many people put their building projects on hold because of the price of cement.
