I've seen those white particles you're on about and I asked the local marine guy she said what I was thinking maybe fuel or condensation .. fuel would be my guess even if stored, transported on its side ,tilted on the transom oil and fuel can still mix a little . The nozzle is the first exhaust and cooling outlet sounds like u burnt fuel ? What fuel you using

@@sibfishingadventuresuk1558 It is precipitated from the oil, white like an emulsion, when I shake it, it mixes with the oil. I don't see any filings in it, just white goo. But when I was pumping it, it was strange that the oil was so cloudy. I used E10 PB95 fuel for the first time. We only have E5 PB 98, but they told me to use regular ones. Although I would prefer E5 PB98 The engine only worked for 6 hours and something precipitated while removing the oil. And I transport it lying down for 1 hour and hang it on the transom.

E10 will be the problem.. it attracts moisture, e5 97 is better than any E10

@@sibfishingadventuresuk1558 Suzuki wrote to me to pour E10 PB95, it's a new fuel, but we still have E5 PB98, but Suzuki claims that the engine may overheat with it because I would also prefer to pour PB98E5. So, for this new PB98 E5 engine? I transport it lying down with the sticker up, so as the seller recommends, it can't be the reason that the fuel is getting somewhere?

They are threatening me that the head gasket may be damaged. It's a new engine, so I would probably have to be unlucky to buy one because it was visible after the first swim after 6 hours. And why do I see slight smoke coming from the pipe at the back of the engine at higher revs?

Hiya yes I made the extra board myself out of 12mm marine ply probably get away with 9mm .. but worth a shot just asking excel if they have a spare one because yours as snapped 🫣🫣😜😜

You be perfectly fine with a 15hp 19-22mph I was getting flat out .. there is a short on my channel racing the life boat with that set up . My mate as the same setup too and its absolutely fine me and him with gear 17-19mph flat out

We run so close to the reefs .. if the engine didn't start on the first pull could risk running aground.. also if swells push you towards the reefs you can quickly power away .. we were regularly in 3-4ft of water

Yea they do go up and down even at £57 they still cheap ..keep them on your watch list and they send offers

Yea they can do have sharp teeth I think the problem is when people are ill prepared and surprised by the shear strength when trying to boat/unhook them

If you are concerned about tubes or floor being punctured you can cover them with a rubber roll mat (eBay £20)

@sibfishingadventuresuk1558 mm. I'll look into this. I fancied some shark fishing in mine this summer but very wary of punctures. Not intending to boat them but unhook in water and release.

Yea they all pretty much the same boats made in the same factory as excel and carbon pros ( well was ) but nah I'm not dragging this down stackpole or up from oxwich at low tide..my mate got one he msg'd me yesterday for psi's for the tubes ( not with him was you )
