Spirograph marquetry wall clock Timelapse!
A recent project I have been working on: a spirograph patterned Marquetry veneer clock. I'm absolutely thrilled with how it's come out!! Check out how this was made and the materials used below:

This is the second prototype of a set of handmade spinning tops I'm developing. The top itself is Cherry, the base a piece of Purple Heart.

This timelapse shows me putting the secondary bevel onto, and polishing the back of, a new set of Ashley Iles MkII Bevel edge chisels in my outdoor workshop. I'm using a 1000/8000 grit combination Ohishi waterstone and an Eclipse honing guide.

Here I'm using a 1000/8000 grit combination Ohishi waterstone and an Eclipse honing guide. The blade is given a final de-burr and polish on a leather strop.
