You can't blame the director for this movie. You actually can't really blame any of the directors for any of the Harry Potter movies, whatever happens in the movies, they're not really actually directing the movie, They're directing based on notes and everything else from the producers and the studio executives, they're the ones who get final say. The director's are there just to keep everybody in line and shoot the scenes and all that, but the directors of these movies do not get final cut, they don't get to choose and make decisions. They don't get creative control or story points. That's all down to the people above them even jk. Rowling The creator of Harry Potter didn't get final say so or approval over the movies. The studio and producers had all that.

"Movie fails to movie." Is the best description i've heard of the hp films ever. It's very accurate, and it fits well, because the books also fail to book. I know that there is alot of nostalgia in harry potter and the idea of wizards and their society is good, but j.k. is just a awful writer. Love the video!

Something I think is important to this discussion is the characterization of Thor himself. Thor started out more as an innocent dramatic character, not really stupid but lacking real world experience and maturity. Over time he seems to become goofy and dumb instead of more mature. It’s played off for laughs but they essentially turn a serious more dramatic character into comic relief. Whedon seemed to present Thor as maturing into an adult in age of ultron before Thor just continues to get broken down again and again and he becomes a depressed jokester. This l paragraph isn’t particularly well written, sorry. I hope it makes sense

Nirvana? Talk about over rated. Beatles changed more than any other band album to album. No way to pigeon hole them. They always grew and evolved. Zep ripped off many blues players, but did give credits on their first album. And talk about a blueprint. More bands copied them because they kicked ass. Even today you can enjoy their music. But I get it with Yes. Don't forget Genesis. These bands mixed the classical music with rock. Accomplished musicians and complex music way beyond the garage band rock. Progressive was a trip for almost 20 minutes at a time. The instruments that were available and the skill made rock music so much more than rock. Afraid I do not agree. Rachel did NOT want to go to Paris. She really did want to stay and keep her family together but she felt Ross wasn’t stepping up as the man in the family and so she felt unwanted. She decided the only thing to do was to therefore get as far away from the “unwantedness” as possible. She KNEW the French would hate her; she did not want to go. So when Ross FINALLY wised up and realized he couldn’t live his life without her, he took the step and Rachel got what she really wanted. A family. Everyone (but Joey) got a family and that resolved the original tagline: “Friends is a show about that time in your life when your friends are your family.” That ran its course and they grew into their own families.

    • @WaterCarrier07

@@donnasnuggs910 no need to be afraid there’s nothing scary 😉 Given that Ross and Rachel have 5 series gap where they aren’t together and are really only tied to one another after an unplanned Emma is born, and given the era the finale was released it would have been incredible and such a growth on Rachel to finish a successful, single mother, on her own, moving away from the comfort of NYC and taking on a new challenge. Falling back inline with what Ross wants and especially after his erratic/charcuterie behaviour behind to become excessive in the later series, I’m always disappointed in Rachel’s choice to go back to him. In Joey’s case, he both doesn’t get a satisfying end, he’s left on his own with no one, and the character itself is also decimated from season 6 onwards. He becomes so dumb it’s unbelievable and it ruins one of the more fun characters.
