Wow, why? Did this happen recently? Is it because of the water issue they are having?

It was after a Thousand Trails took over that they decided no more annuals. They had 55 annual sites we were given plenty of time to move but quite a few people live there for more than 10 years

And most of the annuals paid $600 or less a month for ground rent due to life circumstances I was there close to 10 years
