Well I see your point but I do feel that there are Necrons in the higher echelons that do have legitimate feelings. While the essential Necron Warriors completely lost their souls in the biotransference, the Necron Lords and Overlords completely kept their prior personalities and memories. If you look in the lore, the Necon characters do show essential emotions fear, anger, loathing etc. Now whether that is due to GW writers changing essential lore idk, but it does exist. Virus code was one theory from the Flayer Virus or the Destroyer virus. It also could have just been plain and simple Necron Technology is just stronger and better overall, even surpassing humans in the Dark Age of Technology if the theory was even true.

Seriously a walking tank who can run at 45 mph, never tire and never need to really eat. And in some cases not needing to breath for over an hour like Guilliman when he held his breath on the moon while fighting an entire assault force lol! chaos Space Marines…. Forget about it with all those daemon if booms and powers 🤣.

Yeah. I mean there have been instances like in the Eisenhorn / Ravenor trilogies ( I can’t remember) when Warp Storms wiped out planets, but left the infrastructure. In this case, maybe a secret weapon was used on the planet as I think the region was dated back to at least 20,000 years for humanity at least. Horrific results nonetheless the less.

The entire region of the Ghoul Stars, Veiled Region and the Halo Stars is just pure nightmare fuel and I love it! While I do like the mainstream content such as Space Marines, Chaos, etc…. There is such a rich content of unknown terror lurking in the 40k Milky Way Galaxy.

I’m not stating it as a fact, just a theory and I do realize that it is a stretch, but I was giving some ideas. Now the “Shadow in the Warp” can cut off psychic connections and does disrupt communication. This could be dangerous and painful for some psykers and psychic attuned life. Maybe this was an Alpha variant from the Outsider? Just theories.

Imagine at least an entire complex on the the hundreds of forgeworlds dedicated to adamantine smithing then imagine at least a workshop on 10s of thousands able to do the same then you get why they never run out theres only a hundred of thousand space marines now(I think) so its still kinda easier to make it for them

Aren’t they pumping out Primaris Space Marines and since Bile stole the entire Primaris genetic makeup / code they are also pumping out Chaos Space Marines…

This is why I love 40k because of this attention to detail from both us the fans and the “some” of the writers / lore creators at GW. It honestly is so awesome thinking about this setting and all the little details involved in keeping it running, just on the level of specialized ammunition.

@@alecdeter1999 You'd be right, if you weren't wrong. See, most of the forge worlds dedicated to the production of adamantium are ship wright worlds, servicing the imperial navy. Mars is definitely not producing ammunition for space marines due to ... POLITICS! So you are talking about every techmarine making about 30 a week if they have the materiel, in between their other duties. And about 7 consecrated forge worlds holy enough (not corrupt) to produce the finest of weapons for the Ult, I mean Space Marines. And those 7 worlds are limited by the raw materiel. So they are probably producing about a tonne of ammo a day each. If the official animations are anything to go off a single squad of SM burns through a tonne of ammo in about a minute. This is impressive as each battle brother is only carrying two spare mags, and we never see a logistics unit in any SM force.

Thank you for subscribing and I am glad you liked the content! Most of the content of this channel is aiming towards more of the little known or unusual aspects of the Warhammer 40k universe. It is interesting that you brought up Total War as there are some theories that the Warhammer Fantasy universe is an actual planet in 40k and involves one of the lost Primarchs. The End Times is so intense and heartbreaking at times, but a great story though. I also cover figurines and painting in this channel as well if you are interested in that. All the Primarchs are such tragic figures because of how they viewed the Emperor either in rage (those that fell to chaos) or love. Vulkan and Konrad were such interesting characters it us so tragic what befell these Primarchs. Not to sound cliche but I find Sanguinius to be pretty damn tragic as well at the end of the Horus Heresy. Even Magnus is super depressing to think about as he just wanted to warn the Emperor and was wrecked for it. More videos to come and more obscure lore to come!

Yeah. It is a wild place. I am scouring the web and other areas of lore for more info on this area, there are other places as well such as Wild Space, the Halo Stars (one of my videos is about Halo Devices from this region), the koronus expanse etc…. I am currently researching g different regions, planets, xenos species. More to come but there is a lot out there. It would be interesting if the progressed lore talked about this region in regards to the great Rift. Maybe it unlocked more horrible xenos creatures that were in a slumber? Again wild stuff. Good points 👍🏻. I never thought about the Tzeench aspect. I would love to see a powerful Tzeench worshipping Gretchin rocking it with warp based powers. Slaanesh is also a great point with other Orkz being jealous of a Bad Moon Ork? Maybe that would aline more with Tzeench and the weird boy having Uber passion would be more of a Slaanesh one. Slaanedhbud a tough one as Orkz don’t really have “that” type of passion lol.

I agree but I think it would still be very hard for Chaos to really get any type of foot hold because of the Orkz single minded mindset. You are right in that probably Nurgle and Khorne are the main Chaos Gods that could or would influence Orkz. Slaanesh forget about it lol as I don’t think there is any influence in Fungus propagation and Tzeentch probably couldn’t even get through their think skulls lol. Now if an Ork was infected with something that is strong enough, would they even recognize Nurgle or just think they had a bad cold? Would a collective psychic belief that a Nurgle Contagion is just a simple Ork cold literally transform it into an Ork Cold? Lol

I need to see if there was any time Slaanesh tried to influence an Ork. That would be a hilarious mess.

Last time any of those 2 tried to gain ork followers, Gork and Mork beat them to near-death, so I pretty much doubt they would even want to try that again, less they actually get killed by the Green Gods

I think that Gork and Mork are an entirely different set of Chaos gods. Remember that they are supposed to be one of the strongest Chaos Gods and could rival all the other gods, but they are eternally fighting and arguing. Because of this, the other Chaos Gods do not have to worry about them. I think Khorne could 100% influence and Ork, but it is pretty tough because of their mental drive. I will look into Nurgle Orkz. I never really thought about that until now. Would the Ork robust healing hault any disease of Nurgle? I will for sure look into Plague Orks.

@yoonoartstudio so a bit like how the Death Guard had their immunity to keep them going despite all the blessings? Or will it make them even more virulent and infectious?

Well I think the Death Guard did start to die off to the disease and they asked Nurgle for help? I’m not 100% on that. Was it Nurgle’s Rot because even that almost wiped Guilliman if the Emperor did not intercede in the recent story? I think Orkz would simply ignore the disease and either recover because of their bonkers anatomy or they would be essentially carriers of this disease, slowly dying and spreading it. Because Orkz are so crazy in how diverse everything about them, there could be so many different manifestations or Nurgle Orkz. What would an Ork see as an upside to being devoted to Nurgle? More toughness?

Welcome to the Warhammer 40k universe! There are all types of crazy xenos and humans in the 40k world. So much to choose from like Nurgle Plaguebearers, Necron Flayed Ones, Tyranid Genestealers, pretty much anything chaos. I mean there is just so much scary and dark stuff in the 40k universe. Halo Devices, tainted warp tools, the entire 40k universe is made for a grime dark outlook. That is just a small list and I am going to try and cover more of it in this channel.

It really depends on what direction do you want to go? Space marine, xenos, Ork, imperial guard? I personally love the Inquisition books of Ravenor and Eisenhorn, but the Gaunts Ghost series is pretty good looking into imperial guard and the Imperium of Man. If you are an old D&D fan, check out Rogue Trader RPG. Same style with dice rolling, sheets, expansions etc. not the video game though that is good as well. There are like 20 books on the rpg

Actually I went to a hobby shop that had some used 40k miniatures that were pretty wrecked for sale. It was the old Necron Destroyers and they came with these cool clear bases. I just switched the bases out depending on the miniature that I am using. Idk if they are GW bases or just something you can get on Amazon.

Well I think it meant that these were humans that had colonized the region previously 1k 5k 10k and were now the main dominant species in that region of planets. Remember that during the Great Crusade, the Emperor found 100s if not 1000s of human worlds that had lost touch with Holy Terra. The Nephilim subjugated the human population and the human’s own world, living in a coexistence for a time until they were completely exhausted and fed upon.

I thought Heldane was still fighting Chaos, but was using radical ways of doing it? Or more self serving?

Yes he did but Heldane was a Puritan at that time and was super inflexible while Eisenhorn was also branded a Radical then cleared and the. A Radical again. I believe that Eisenhorn was always outside of the favoritism circle in the Inquisition while Heldane was always in the inner circles for some reason.

I think there is room for everything, but I really just want some more hard edge science fiction pushed into more of the 40k lore and universe. More stuff in Halo Stars, Ghoul Stars, Koronus Expanse, maybe new areas opening up from the Great Rift. Forgotten xenos, daemon worlds etc…I think there can be some new informational lore on different areas and xenos.

Completely agree. They already did the treatment with the Koronus Expanse and they could certainly expand the Ghoul Stars.

There is just so much over looked, forgotten and absolutely frightening lore in the Warhammer universe. The Halo stars, the Ghoul Stars, strange xenos races of unknown origin. I just find this type of lore so much more interesting as it opens up new modalities of thought. I mean, the Tyranids just passing through the Ghoul Stars absolutely wrecked the Hive Fleet.

Just wild space all around the Milky Way is just nuts in 40k. So much forgotten and strange things still live out there waiting for contact. In this case Necrons and Tyranids are the least of our worries. Thank you for enjoying the content! I mean there are just absolutely bizarre things in the known systems of Imperial Space, but the Halo Stars are just pure nightmare fuel.

On the other hand... maybe the galactic rims end is the "Source Wall," like in DC comics,the wall that separates universes to prevent other universes like Star Wars,Star Trek,Babylon 5,etc...from crossing over or intermingling with the WH40K universe and to protects its Quantum Narative? I'm a big fan of WH40K crossover fanfiction.

Once you leave the Milky Way galaxy in 40k, anything is possible. If I had to pick a cross over, I would probably choose Star Wars Extended Universe with the Yuuzhan Vong. That was super dark and gritty, even for Star Wars.
