Thank you for your thoughtful words! I do feel out of sync A LOT of the time and sometimes wish that I could just not care about those feelings. It’s always on my mind so it creates stress but it also feels like a fire lit under my bottom to keep me uncomfortable so that I cannot settle in an unhappy place.
