The problem isn’t the recoil but the fact that D:D is mid. Balance types that combine attack & defence are actually very solid. Pre-Hybrid Leon & Gravity Destroyer are great examples of such. Call them counterattack types if you may. Replace D:D with BD145RDF & Variares will be solid. Or use the Hasbro version.

Can't wait for this to make it stateside. I'm betting on the localized name being either "Tide Whale" or "Splash Whale". Both of those names would make sense in the context of waves, while still having the whale avatar in the name. I'm not a professional localizer, I'm just going off of what I think rolls off the tongue better. Also, I hope the white version gets either a booster pack or a 2-pack release. I replaced the ratchet with 9-60 and learned some launches to avoid x attacks as long as possible, it really works well for me tbh
