Hi there! Nice to meet you. I’m Tara.
I have always been interested in health and nutrition, and have done a lot of research and reading on the topic over the past 15 years or so.
When I was younger I ate very badly and experienced a lot of ongoing health issues such as acne, PCOS, rashes, allergies and digestion issues.
Since then I have spent my whole life learning about how to support all these symptoms through food and lifestyle changes.
I have found results in looking at the quality and nutrient density of foods, and building a lifestyle and not just a “diet”.
I hope I can inspire others out there who have had the same struggles as I have.

Blueberry Pecan Summer Salad with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
This healthy salad is fresh, colorful and full of flavor! It combines mixed greens, fresh chopped vegetables, nuts and fruit, and an easy homemade maple balsamic salad dressing.
I use maple extract in the salad dressing to make it sugar-free, but I provide options to swap it out for real maple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
Summer salad
1 container salad greens spring mix (142 g)
1 stalk broccoli
1/2 cucumber
1 bunch of green onions
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup pecan halves
2 ripe avocados
Maple balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp maple extract (or 1 tablespoon maple syrup)

I made these today. I didn't have the oat fiber powder, but it still came out amazing. I cannot thank you enough for this recipe. My household has many dietary restrictions, being that we are vegan, gluten free, and nut free. I love that it's so simple. My kids and I love it!

Totally unexpected, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
I didn't have club soda so I used water and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and it turned out amazing.

Thanks for the video. But do you know why the cupcakes fell in the middle?
Not totally sure but I think it is because cassava flour is heavier than regular flour so it doesn't rise as much and then it's more weighed down? Happens to me when I bake them as well
I been baking gluten free for over 14 years and that happens all the time my baked goods are so good nobody cares . I decorate and cover up the dip in the middle problem solved
