Sir 42 days back my wife got right side facial paralysis just after 9 days of delivery.. continues false tear also started flowing. Doctor by face to face examination identified it as Bell Palsy. Very next day I got the MRI brain and MRI angiography brain done for clot in brain.. and reports were normal with no clot found. She did the course of antiviral and steroid and physiotherapy is going on from last two months ... However hardly 1% recovery is achieved as false tears has stopped and no recovery on facial drop. Please suggest what we could do.
