Boiler Burner Management System ( BMS) and Ignitor Testing
Hello friends,
Today I'm sharing a short clip of burner ignition system.
First of all I request you to follow SOP for testing and be aware of safety standards regarding burner management system (Ignitor voltage ranges in between 5 KV to 15 KV).
Secondly, If we talking about BMS main components then these are fuel( LDO, LPG ) and Ignitor.
Here we turn on LPG and then Ignitor so LPG catches flame which further sense by flame scanner. Now if flame scanner feedback is healthy then we can operate LDO supply valve and LDO will catch fire by this system so in this way boiler solid fuel light up done.
