How are your loc extensions currently doing? And also, when you first got them, although they did look real, did they feel real as well, or were they a bit stiff and odd in any type of way? And did you have to deal with any itchiness as a con too, as I've heard one person talk about that during their loc extension journey? Thanks!

I"m being server for many years in a fine restaurant, and this lady dont cover that requeriments like professional vovabulary, personal appeareance (lose hair), party nails, nose earings ....A MESS.

I worked at a steakhouse where i had finesse. But the issue i had was during your shift your first three hours youre not getting tables just doung anything the managers wanted you to do. Stock, fold napkins, prepare sauces, cut lemons. So i made the mistake of vaping my marijuana pen during that time then by 7 pm you get all your tables and average 75+ an hour during your last three hours of shift. Some sundays i eould work open to close and got lucky with 500 on some sundays due to generous customers. I had no complaints from guests ever. So i tried to kiss ass to the managers thinking i can get away with my act but they really wanted a drug free workplace so they let me go since they gave me enough notices from being high when i just wanted to have fun at work 🙄

My secrete Kennesaw State University (KSU) Insider Info: I graduated KSU in 2011 and have been working at KSU since. I hit tenure & am about to quit. Colleges/Universities & degrees are mostly scams. Unless you know unequivocally that you want to go into a specialized career field , ex: Doctor, Lawyer, Astronaught, etc., then you really don't need a degree. Roughly, 75% of jobs don't give two shits whether you have a degree or not & in whatever topic. They care about whether you're knowledgeable in the specific field & can do the job well while making them money. A degree requirement is primarily just a way to try to ensure that an applicant has a certain level of intelligence, work ethic, & professionalism. That's all. But what's worse, Colleges/Universities artificially impose degree restrictions for working at those same Colleges/Universities. For example -- You MUST have at least a Master's degree in order to be considered & hired as a Faculty member at KSU. It doesn't matter if you have 35+ years of experience, are universally considered the world's most renowned expert in a specific field or topic, or were personally recommended by the President of the United States. You will NEVER be hired here as a faculty member unless you got that piece of paper proving you "did your time." Lastly, staff employees here are thought of & treated like bottom-of-the-barrel garbage high school-aged trash working part-time jobs. They're overworked, highly scrutinized, underpaid, & unrecognized. Despite doing a majority of the work. Our HR department doesn’t care about what’s best for the employees and their mental/emotional well-being. They only care about protecting the university, it’s assets, and its profits above all else. KSU employees are artificially prevented from being exceptional employees. We’re advised against going above and beyond, doing exceptional work, or try to better the university. That’s not a part of your job description (Hey, they have to show “Growth” somehow in OneUSG. Not like KSU could pay you for these kinds of employees anyway). Furthermore, KSU has no promotional structure. The job you accepted and were hired into is the same exact one you’ll have until the day you die, apply to a different department, or leave. Even * IF * you were to hit tenure, you'd only get 10% of your highest earning salary every year for the rest of your life once you hit retirement age (67). For staff, this is roughly $350 p/ month in retirement benefits. Faculty, on the other hand, are treated like G.D. divine royalty solely because they make colleges/university’s money & earn them prestige. Want to guess what we get when retiring? A cheap paper certificate and a $5 gift card to our university bookstore. …Woohoo… In recent years, under President Pamela Whitten, KSU got rid of numerous essential support departments and significantly cut back on student and employee events and activities. Did I mention her salary was in the $500,000.00’s? Seriously, Don’t go here! Sincerely, a forgotten about and disgruntled employee who KSU wouldn’t bother to give a single F’ about and would probably love to immediately sue into the ground for having any constructive opinion or critique other than an absolutely glowing positive one. - _ -

There’s this guy at my job that never talked to me in person. He didn’t even do the same job as me but worked in the same building. Ngl I was shocked when he found me on Facebook. I accepted his friend request not giving it too much thought. I have a couple of coworkers on my friends list. (Maybe that’s how he found me idk). He messaged me one day asking if it was alright that he sent me a request. I said that it was fine trying to be as platonic as possible. Last night he messages me and I notice the messages are weird and have changed. Apparently Facebook has a “delete 5 seconds after you view it” option. Oh boy 🙄 This guy is actually engaged. His fiancé is in his profile pic and everything. He sends me a photo of what I’m guessing was a girl’s lower body in yoga pants asking if I thought they looked nice. feeling uneasy I told him I’m not the one to ask for fashion advice. I mentioned how it wasn’t really my style and that I’m more androgynous. Then he says that they would look good on me. My stomach turned. I’m lesbian so I definitely wasn’t encouraging this behavior or welcoming it. (Not that a straight woman would encourage this either) Tbh it makes me sick. I guess the bright side of this situation that it is the early stages before things get even creepier. I feel like a fool for adding him. He creeps me the fuck out. I guess I was trying not to judge a book by its cover Ngl I wish I had this time. This guy has strong Jeffrey Dahmer vibes. Not even being dramatic. I wish you could see him, you’d agree. I’m seeing a girl now and I don’t want to tell her because I know she’ll worry. This sucks, I want this to end. I could block him but I still see him at work so idk what will happen. Update: I blocked him. If he confronts me in person…oh well

what do you mean you MADE them tip 20% you cant make anyone tip what you want them to tip its not an obligation to tip.. i usually tip at least 20% and sometimes ill tip 25 or even above 30% on occasion BUT if i have a terrible experience caused by my sever i'm not talking about the cook not getting the order right im talking about a bad service from the server well in that case sorry for them ill still leave a tip but only a few dollars just in spight and there is NOTHING any server can do about it.. and if the tip is included in the check well then they better do their job right. just remember its a courtesy not an obligation. i'm sure when you go out to dinner you expect good service as well as you should. i have busted tables as well in my days so i know the grind but i never felt that i could force anyone to tip.. other then that i enjoyed your video i believe you are probably a very nice person and i wish you the very best

Was supposed to get 80 locs but she ran out of locs and I have 79 locs. 😂 not sure what happened to the last loc! But now I have 77 cause 2 loc extensions fell out and I don’t know where it is lol.. I decided not to reinstall new ones and I wanted to see how my real hair will grow as well as the loc extensions. I’m new subscriber now. Pls continue to update us!

I’m thinking about going to food service, cause I want to go back to school. And some of these jobs make it so difficult to be flexible. I’m 27, would be too old to go back to food server. Even when it comes to dating, these men have me feeling low and unworthy and assume I dont have nothing going on for myself, without even getting to know me. They just automatically felt I didnt fit the image & status they’re looking for.
