Hello, when i try it out it only shows me the content in plain text, i add borders and style and still it just give me the info in plain text and not a table.

At 3:40, when setting up the integration user with the Salesforce Integration license, do not select a role (keep the default to None). Would there be a way of storing details from multiple cases on the same text body variable for the body of the email via a loop instead of just individual case by case details. So if I had say had 3 opportunities and I wanted to put all of the details together from the three opps on the one text template would there be a way to use a loop for this?
