my powerful laptop thanx for your wonderful video
Well you made hours of researching way easier. Thanks for the video my dude =)
Where can I get the disk and that arm at
I think your local pick-a-part junkyard is the best bet for this.
Why these pump fail frequently
Always buy this pump from the dealership. Do not buy from Amazon or Ebay, They are all knokoff
Dealerships have the OEMs! But they’re also pricy. If you have the money, yes - buy from a dealership. If not, a knockoff might be okay. Our Amazon replacement is still running strong to this day.
Hey can u help me when i unplug my asus it shut down how can i change that
It sounds to me like a battery issue. Is your battery still good? Then again, I’m not a computer repairman 😬
I cannot access the proart creater hub app, How can i access it. I have an Asus vivobook pro 15
Are both actuator identical or different?
Both actuators are exactly the same, as far as I know. One is just closer to the firewall, the other is further away from it. I replaced the actuator that is further away
Has anyone seen a video on changing the Air Flow Actuator on the 97099 Durango?
TYSM!! Saved $700 doing this myself. Only cracked one vent cover in the process lol but totally worth it. Thank you! (2008 Prius here)
Nice work! Glad to hear this, especially because this is such an easy fix, relative to other car mechanic stuff
Algun Link de compra? Lo busco pero no encuentro ninguno
Mejor explica como reclamar un moneyorder de usps que según a quien lo envíe no llego
anyone have a part number for the air flow actuator for a 2003 durango ?
How do you line the disk up?
The top pin that the long plastic arm was supposed to be attached to is absolutely gone. I don’t know what to do cause without it I can’t get anything to work any way. I can’t find anywhere to buy it either and don’t even know what the pin is called
I would recommend visiting your local junkyard and locating a similar year Dodge Dakota. Junkyards will allow you to take parts you need and purchase them for cheap. Often, internal parts like the pin you are referring to are untouched. It will be most difficult getting to it, I think, since it’s so tucked away under the dash. But it might be your best bet to find this specific piece as a replacement for your truck.
I had your same issue and had to go to the junkyard to get a new one
Im confused on how to line uo the rod and where it goes
Do you still need help? Sorry getting back with you so late
Good video. However instead of just showing which actuator you are replacing with tiny little on screen shot. Please tell everyone which one you are replacing is blend door or mode actuator and if it's the one closest to the firewall or the steering wheel. It would make it a lot more Clear. Thanks
Thank you for your feedback. Mode actuator is the one getting replaced. I guess it’s the one closest to the steering wheel. It might be a bit confusing because people have different names for these parts and these actuators look exactly the same from what I can tell.
Bro this video is so good, your calm, methodical direction converts a stressful situation into a "oh cool I'm learning how to fix my car"
I thought it was the end of our Prius when I got that triangle. Turns out, it was a simple fix. Glad I could help!
i've been searching for two weeks for a tutorial about this issue and this is the only one i could find thank you
I’m glad it helps! Good luck
cool I turn my ac and turn it to vent and its coming out on the floor and I don't get much out of the vent at all. maybe this is the fix thank you
If so, it’s a relatively cheap fix. Good luck!
thank you so much I love you
Excellent Video!
Glad you liked it!
Pause! Why didn't you point into a dark area near the engine? First video with a light and actually show the pump!
I don’t know.. I’m certainly not a professional. lol
Luckily mine is flowing. Hope I'm not needing a investor. 12 volt get low quickly. Installed new plain 12 volt. Went 10 miles then.you no. Changed to the correct battery. 30 miles then /same. Both times /I coul hear Olympic one contact making.o start up.Not the normal sound of 2. Swaped the battery computer recently too/due to corroded connector. May reinstall mine with its new plug the used computer came with a better harness/connector.

That work. Obviously you still have to clean, just about an eighth the amount of times. Or even less
I’d say they do work that is all small sediment that fit through you don’t have anything big in there my gutters are completely full to the brim with debris from my big trees with no gutter guard.
You’re right about small sediment but smaller leaves and pine needles do get through and clog downspouts. Dirt piles up inside, larger leaves rest on top and water spills over. This recent project was a nightmare!
great contact thank you

Nice
Nice
Same issue but the shifter moves freely as normal
Where is it made?
I don't know for certain, but if I were to take a guess, I'd say China
Hey Dear, Your video content is very good. But your videos are not SEO and you need to optimize them to get better results.
Noted
Pump's metal bracket bolt to car body torque to 5 ft/lb. Inverter bolt on that black brace torque to 16ft/lbs.
I did not know that, thank you. I just use the ol’ ‘feel that it’s tight enough’ trick
I thought the blue hose poured out waste water
Hoses are interchangeable. You can exchange the blue for the clear as you prefer.

Can you make it a numpad
Is the keyboard backlit and it definitely has an ethernet port yes? TY!
Hi there! The keyboard is backlit and the lighting can be adjusted to a few different levels. There is no Ethernet port on this one.
@@vitaliksvideos I fell asleep researching so many laptops. Think I'm going w/ASUA but it must be backlit, adjustalble is fine & I gotta be wired up. Any recommendations? Not a gamer so that isn't important. TYSM for your reply!!
I mentioned that you also had the airbag code to fix. Did you fix it? I also have the same problem. Changed the steering wheel spiral but still did not help. Could youx advise please?
I haven’t reset the airbag yet, which is how you fix it and make the sign on your dashboard go away. You can do that by visiting your local dealer (cost will be about $100+ depending on your vehicle), or you can purchase your own ‘car scanner’ device (aka OBD scanner) such as the Foxwell NT510 elite off Amazon. Someone else can add on if you have tips to share.
Woud this be the same for a 2013 V?
I believe some parts may be different because a 13’ is obviously beyond 09’ but the concept should be the same. You just need to get to the shifter gear box to replace it
I am a graphic designing student. Looking for a fast lag free laptop. Have you faced any issue in long term use? Is the oled screen good till now?
Good question. No lag when performing basic editing tasks like editing photos, audio, video and with 'performance mode' in 'Proart Creator Hub' activated. The fans are not quiet, however, which is something you might want to consider. Being a graphic designing student, maybe the level of noise the notebook makes may not be as much of an issue? OLED screen is working great thus far, I still love the color range.
@@vitaliksvideos thanks a ton
I have 16x oled model with rtx 4070 but the led lights around it dont work, any way to turn them on.
Do you mean the keyboard lights? Other than keyboard lights there aren't any other lights that shine - maybe the charging indicator is all I am thinking of now. Keyboard lights can be turned on by pressing F7. OLED brightness can be adjusted using F5 and F6.
i have this issue too! ever fix it?
Looks nice 👍
Thanks 👍
That knob is for your thickened water. I believe you are supposed to use the blue hose to discharge the thickened water back into to river. Might be why it was so easy to pump. As long as you have the pre-filter, I think you are filtering to the equivalent of a sawyer or life-straw… you’re just not filtering out the chemicals, but you are saving the life on your RO filter.
A little confusing, lol, not going to lie 😅 Make a video and I’ll watch it and see what you mean
I don't think they don't have the RO version. The RO version has a metal steerer piece. Unless he bought a different version and bought a RO cartridge.
@@vitaliksvideosHe's explaining that the Reverse Osmosis (AKA RO) version Requires that 2nd outlet on the cap to be open. That dumps the pre-filter water out and makes the flow better. Not putting stress on the Reverse Osmosis filter as much. I'm not 100% why it split spills for Reverse Osmosis but that is a Requirement when using the Reverse Osmosis cartridge filters. If you're just using the standard UF filter. Then this method you got in the video is fine. But when using the Reverse Osmosis filter. You need to use the larger pre-filter attachment water dropper pod in the river/dirty water. And pump. This has a small UF filter in it and then it goes to the Reverse Osmosis filter to then split load the Super clean Reverse Osmosis filter on the normal outlet. While the 'Closed/Open' outlet is for basic Not really drinking water. More kind of water for cleaning or such. Make sure to read the little booklet next time. It's not as easy as plug and play as standard filters are. Reverse Osmosis is little more complex. I know LOT people mistake this because they just throw the instructions out the window. But if you have. Here is a link m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-uPo-LxeL.jpg from www.amazon.com/FS-TFC-Precision-Purification-Emergency-Preparedness/dp/B0B4J2F895/ref=sr_1_3?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.OWzdfNnmZqeeFBzOkopOMYxQk4P7cZVm7UTLbF2oPL1iM5KCWeC622R7mSaDAMSHbwRSKOWppwmVz9BpKlCDAdjO3AgBa9vM9hfguvBfhZ4RA09Wj4EGeQ5jSt0mgAMyd8JqlQ_PbjfMSLR_k_vTcbktiT_4DVN9T9-yyu0KV_3W8QH-2SsrQbF-Vd5W-1hwv582salAoi74yBm9vzhV4WK5yjKL4WKGfHD45kjOVqRtp4a9PN_lGvgQpR95Pnul8SW096clNpS26QRmu72-FDzkADFLOgNB_-6O3AyF040.5-3dnfjJoNEAh5IaCR7JUurRvmmy6PtTkJRpIJHdgBs&dib_tag=se&keywords=FS-TFC&qid=1709386012&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2470954011&rps=1&sr=8-3
I just noticed the 2nd part of @thegrandlevel313 's message. You're right about RO filters and what you're saying makes sense if you purchase the filter you linked in your message. The model I purchased was different; you can view it here: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JY8BZFS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Mine really is as simple as placing the pre-filter in the water and pumping the handle. Probably not as good as using a RO filter but good enough to drink semi-clear water from a mountain stream or lake.@@KillerRaptorr
@@vitaliksvideosYeah. I would say you could buy the RO cartridge but oddly it looks like they don't sell that alone for the pump. Need to buy the kit version to get it which is 20$ more then your version. But either version should work with it once gotten since both have the split valve. But eitherway the UF filter yours has is fine for general as mentioned. 99% of filters like these are common on the market. Some having more filtering pieces then just the ultra fine membrane. Like carbon filter, and thicker prefilter cotton pieces. But mainly i think the biggest most want to keep a eye on is the UF membrane since that's the key filter for taking out the big bad viruses and bugs. Some filters will help clear the water up. Some might not if just using UFM. But either way their all gonna work well for their intended ability. If you wanna be more safe then the basic filter of UFM. Get a SteriPEN. after filtering just drip that in and stirr it few times for 2mins. That'll 'Burn' any supposed left over stuff that 'may' if anything got through. But if you manage to find a water bottle jug one with a built in cap that has a UV light. Those are a great thing to snag. Prefect for even drinking fountain waters if your scared of getting sick from public places water sources. Long as the water is clear. the UV light will be able to burn anything in the water. Just a gentle slush of the water to get it to stirr around softly so anything in it can get 'spotted' by the UV Rays. That'll take it out.
Second! I’m going to try this on a 3 day hike to a 13k peak and lake in NM soon. I’ll update you on how it did.
Nice! I’d love to hear about it! So far, years after purchasing this, it’s plugged up once. I gutted it, cleaned it out, and am still using it for my backpacking trips to this day.
@@vitaliksvideos awesome. Did you ever order replacement filters?!
No, not sure they had them 🤔
• I have a problem is when I enter proart creator hub I have everything that works, but when I click on the control parameter box in the application (proart creator hub) to set the dial pad as I want to work with it this automatically closes "the application this closes totally" if u can help i dont know were is the probleme
That’s definitely weird and sorry I don’t have any insight on this. If there is a way to reinstall I would probably do that first. If not, I’d contact Asus support and see if they can help but I don’t know if they can provide help for specific issues such as the one you’re describing.
@@vitaliksvideos thanks

hello i bought the same laptob pro16x last week but i found an annoying problem wich is in low brighteness the screen show dark verticat lines but my screen is not oled
Sorry to hear that! That doesn’t seem normal 🤔 I do not have vertical lines though my screen is OLED. Can you return it and ask for another one?
@@vitaliksvideos no ican't soory the servic after sale isn't good in our country. Vut i dont have the oled version i have only vivobook pro16x the version with screen lcd
I see.. everything else work okay though? Hopefully it’s not all bad?
@@vitaliksvideos yes everything works ok just i have this problem
Can ask you about the battery how good is it ?
Sure! Briefly, because I spoke about the battery in my ‘Performance Review’ video. Performing high-power tasks like gaming and video editing, the battery lasts up to 4 hrs. Light tasks like school work and browsing the web will get you probably 6-8hrs of battery, depending on if you use the notebook an entire 6hrs straight or you use it then walk away. Hard to give you a definitive answer because everyone uses their notebook differently. Hope that helps!
@@vitaliksvideos thanks
What screen brightness level did you use while editing and browsing during your battery test?
I typically keep it around 75% and above, especially during editing
@@vitaliksvideos Thanks for the reply.
Fantastic video. Just replaced my 2009 Prius Inverter pump as well. From everything I have read, it looks like the Prius should shut the vehicle down if your pump fails and temps get too high. My wife and daughter were able to drive another 15 miles or so on the freeway to get the car home so I could repair it. I saw a lot of cheap pumps on Amazon, but ended up going for a more expensive one as it seemed like the lifespan on some of the cheaper ones was limited.
Thanks! If you’re thinking of keeping your Prius long-term, I’d definitely recommend more expensive parts because they are typically more durable. I purchased a few higher quality parts to fix issues on my Civic and Dakota. Hoping to make videos soon.
