Vacuum molding Kydex DIY part two

I now use a sheet of silicone instead of a full sheet of Kydex. Now reducing the wasted Kydex and being able to get a minimum of two or more holsters out of one 12" x 12" sheet of Kydex.

I bought this "doweling kit" from Harbor Freight that had this 1/4" brad point drill bit included. it works great for drilling through Kydex!! And it's only about $3.50!
