Check out these Fox Creek McLaren Vale Shiraz's
The Dr and the Chef were invited down to Fox Creek Wines to run through some of their fabulous red wines. We were lucky to be shown through two of their most popular shiraz's, by Senior Winemaker Ben Tanzer. The 2016 Short Row Shiraz which is their mid tier Shiraz at $38 and their flagship Shiraz - The Reserve Shiraz at $90.
Both of these wines are very good, but have quite different tasting profiles. Watch this latest episode of The Dr and the Chef to get some hints on some fabulous McLaren Vale Shiraz.

Ok. As Moravian. Why is the Shitlínek hovnovice brown? Is it like 120 year old? Because I mean, eaven 50 years old slivovits is just bit brown. Like extreamliy light brown. Unles they used cloves which is for medical use? And at the end, it is sad but here we say that they in vizovice mix all yeast product into one and eaven give you "slivovitz fron not your yeast". And btw yes slovovitz is horible, about 40% alcohol, beter are other "slivovitzes" from other fruits, slivowit has to kick, but other just go for taste like hruskovits or tampered to taste like bezovitz or mixed. But it is beter then corporate vodka, but still jelínek it is corporete shit. At the end it is still worse than homemade. But we shouldn't drink it unless it helps our hapiness, im sorry I am dependant on alkohol, but still i will corect at least bullshit since my nation is best at.... pain.

U will find SLIVOVITZA ( aka plum spirit) in MANY east European countries…. States of former Yugoslavia , Czech and Slovakia, Bulgaria and Romania , Poland and Moldova etc. It’s a traditional alcoholic drink in those regions. Like tequila in Mexico🤷🏻‍♂️ just my 2 cents….

I may be wrong, but my opinion is, that really good slivovice doesn´t get to shops. It is used internally by people making it, gifted to friends or sold to people around you.

yes you can set it on fire, thats actually how we test it while distilling. the alcohol percentage drops while distilling, and when it gets low enough that you cant set it on fire anymore, we stop the process

Come on guys, do your research!! I'm in Vancouver and I know this!! A true Martini should be gin and always stirred!! Cheers.
