Monopolies are not illegal. Solely depends on how such business acts in the marketplace.

Noto after the earnings call in an interview mentioned that for 2025 Sofi could have aimed for higher profit, but rather puts more of it at work to faster grow the company. This sounds great for me as a long time investor in Sofi. Let traders sell their stocks, I don’t mind picking them up lower.

(I wonder why) The fee on HHH is similar to any investor fee on money run by a hedge fund. The board of HHH has an insider as BOD. My guess is the deal goes thru at a higher price 85 to 95 ish.. His current fund listing inLondon is hard for a US investor to invest in and has a big discount to NAV

I think MCD has better coffee, but Long Line.

Was this video commissioned to bad talk SRG? Wall Street knows what's coming with Sears Holding coming back. Either through Seritage Growth Properties, Autonation, Lands End or an own IPO (unlikely) - The owner of Sears Holdings has major interest in each of the companies

"The Strategic transaction" could be the merger. They only have 16 properties left to sale and keep selling them pretty regularily.

If TransformCo (Sears Holdings) merges into SRG, the stock has significant more upside potential than just $11. It would also be likely, that SRG won't fully liquidate as everyone is expecting, but become the new Sears stock before complete liquidation.

Let's see if TransformCo merges with SRG. TransformCo holds Sears assets that former Sears shareholders still own. In order to for new shares to be issued, giving shareholders access to Sears assets, they must IPO or merge with an existing public security.

Good points, but these tenant problems are just about through the goose. This is thing is going to fly from here, trading well below book value. Do not short MPW at these low prices.

I’m trying to work out what he’s going to do with Pershing square holdings and how that fits in. My understanding is that the stake PSH has in HHH would remain in PSH. However, PSH also owns other businesses and it’s whether that works now that there might be HHH that could hold all that capital/shares. I suspect a reverse merger is coming but open to thoughts on that?
