i have a shade 10 allowed gold lens, and have also tried all 3 of the wens lenses shade 10. the allowed lens is for sure pricey, but it definitely is better than the wens lenses.

These glasses are not safe. I bought two pairs, tested them today at noon. You can see your lightbulbs through them, which you're not supposed to be able to see. I then looked at the sun for about 7 - 10 seconds. It was highly uncomfortable, felt like any moment I would start damaging my eyes. Get certified glasses.

Honestly, even though I love your glass lenses, I don’t like this filter. The acrylic scratches easily and is hard to fit into many hoods. I damaged gaskets in my hood trying to use this. The view was top notch. I liked the shade almost as much as alloweld (which is awesome). However I lean towards opticool’s fused glass version of this.

Is it true that you cannot get suntanned while behind clear glass?..........UV rays cannot penetrate clear glass.

For $300+ i hope the visibility is better than in the video

On your website to search for the glasses (filter) what is the Minimum optical density? Cant find that on the machine plate, on the machine plate i have 455-5nm, 10w, my laser cutter is the Atomstack x7 pro

Not worth it way over price should be more like $10 since the actual gold welding lens is $20. I really regret buying it 😔

It is a smashing exclusive product for finding the secret for natural eyesight improvement minus the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend finally got excellent results with it.

Wish welding shops sold these kind of lenses. They only sell the lowest grade welding lenses ever produced for a premium.

According to Oriowo et alii (1997, 10.1111/j.1475-1313.1997.0_877.x) , soda-lime glass ("soft glass") emits significant infrared radiation. How come you recommend the, non IR blocking, Phillips 202 for this application?

Well I just bought one so let’s see.

I own and have tested the coveted American Optical Weld Cool shade 10 as well as this Alloweld Gold Coated shade 10 I can tell you with absolute certainty that the alloweld will out perform the old AO lens. Using the Alloweld gold coated lens left me speechless, it's flare reduction capabilities/crispness are finer than anything I have ever experienced yes even better than Wens and AO. Much like the AO lens the Alloweld is a special layered glass with the back layer of the lens a brilliant purple hue similar to the acrylic super magenta drop-in lens. This lens is worth the money, you will not be disappointed. Says Made in the USA on the packaging. The lens is very thick and has a somewhat fragile gold coating, I recommend not touching the gold side with your fingers, drop it in your hood behind two quality clear cover lens front and back and you'll be alright. 👌🏻
