Suggestion for the metric sockets from a legally blind guy: Scrub them with a grease/oil cleaner and paint them with white fingernail polish. The fingernail polish will fill in the numbers, but wipe away from the smooth tool surface with little encouragement. It'll dry into a pretty durable inking. The metric sockets used to be like the imperial, but they no longer are. Still, I suspect the fingernail polish remover will wear longer than the paint on the imperial set anyway, and it's easy to reapply.

This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I just bought the ICON ¼" bit set. I have a ⅜" socket set in my tool bag that I use frequently with a ⅜" hex adapter in my drill. Now that I have a ¼" ratchet, I need a compact set of ¼" sockets.

I’ve got a job coming up staining a gazebo, I already have this sprayer for my house and it works great. I’m concerned about the cleanup of the sprayer when finished. Any recommendations? It cleans up fine with water when painting.

Damn as a Maintenance technician these come in clutch really! I have to work on conveyors about 50-75 feet high so these are perfect in my tool bag on scissor lifts. Fast and quick, the color stands out so its hard to miss

This form factor is fantastic. Wish they came as larger sets and had stamped on size markings. This seems way better than the comparatively more bulky wera socket belts. These are small and slim enough to slip into a pocket.

This video was very helpful but I think in all of your examples, you were confusing OUT measurements with IN. For example, your first measurement with the 1/4" bit. Out dimensions on the caliper reads 1/4" but you said it's the "Inside marker" which isn't correct. If this isn't the case, I'm confused at how you're suppose to use this particular caliper.

This would be awesome if the handle had a 1/4" socket in the end, so it could be used as a straight screwdriver. There are too many situations where there's no room for a 90-degree screwdriver.

These are great! I have had mine for a little over a year. I saw someone else with a vintage set of sockets that came in a holder like this, I scoured Amazon and eBay and finally found these as an alternative. Interesting to see they are printing the sizes now, mine are engraved into the metal.

Are you sure the box is aluminum? Those types of cases are made out of sheet steel afaik

Thing is, if you already carry a Milwaukee 1505 as your knife, it has a bit driver. So then you just need a strip of bits. No need to EDC that large box and wrench.
