We need to get that front defensive line on point they have to get after the quarterback . Maybe the secondary will look better not having to cover receivers for such a long time. Watch the film and make adjustments and go take care of business!💪🏿💪🏿

We chirped too much at UAlbany. GG looking back at the defender as he's running into the endzone...wasn't classy. I am very concerned about the D and GG seems unfocused. They better get their act together or they will lose to Pitt.

I’ve not broken down the games played, but I’m almost certain that this team has given up numerous third and long conversions. I understand that the defense can’t win every possession, but it feels like they allow big plays at an alarming rate. So I disagree with coach saying they are good on end of possession downs.

part of the problem in the backfield is the refs arent calling pushoffs this year, one of the big pass plays was a blatant pushoff

That 2019 JMU game WVU had supposedly a stellar Offensive Line. That’s all I needed to see from Matt Moore to know he was not the guy yet he’s still here.

Why is everyone acting like we are Virginia Tech and we lost to vanderbilt? We played a top 10 team with a top 5 defense. We played PSU better than Clemson played Georgia, and Florida played Miami. We still have 11 games in the season, stop acting like the sky is falling down.

Problems: WVU should be running a pass/option offense; unfortunately, that's not Brown's forte. WVU D-Line did not put any pressure on the QB to be successful and that's imperative.

Our team to team has little resolve and they are not very tough while being in a very tough sport. Guys getting tired and playing short stints in the game is bothersome. It also seems that EVERY room has a lack of toughness, not sure if this lack of the right kind of weight training or just poor coaching overall. When a big game is on tap, NB never has the team ready and the team ALWAYS UNDERperforms. How do you change this, it should start with the coaches but there seems to be ABSOLUTELY NO resolve to change this culture.

I think most Mountaineer fans understand now what is going on with our program. With that being said, EACH DAY offers a new opportunity to change. NB has not changed much in 5 years and to see a significant positive move is unlikely but all Mountaineers are looking for a glimmer of light.

A veteran QB should play better. He missed some passes that I could hit.

WVU doesn't belong in Top 25. Garrett Green is not a pro qb prospect. Team is more suited for American football conference.

#8 PSU is over, Albany (W-hopefully), then comes a tough patch, Pitt, #19 Kansas, #16 OSU, #17 Kansas State, #20 Arizona, we also play Iowa State not ranked but tough all the same. True some of these teams in Big12 that when we play may or may not be ranked still, by the time we play them but, will still be a battle. If we don't clean up what happened on day one, will we even see a bowl game this year?

From a Penn State fan… replay officials are also game officials, and Neal Brown, you know that you can’t criticize them publicly after a piss poor performance in front of your own fans against a ninth-ranked Penn State team (in the Coaches Poll) lest the Mountaineers football program get slapped with a $20,000 fine and you reprimanded. You cannot also commit three turnovers against a team like my Nittany Lions and expect to win.

Martin steps it up, or Jackson gets the bulk of reps. I feel like they're overdoing it with all the motion. Almost hit 0 every time. Looked out of sorts the whole time. It was alot for nothing. Right side of the line is rough. Altuner being out really hurt us. I expected him to be starting or splitting reps at the C position by seasons end. The secondary I just don't know. Truthfully it's hard to pin down. Starting to think this scheme just doesn't work for us without Vic. AB is good against the run, but not the pass. He'll get a couple picks off of tips or crashing down, but actually covering receivers 1 on 1, no. I do attribute some to nerves, but after last season, the receivers were extremely disappointing. GG had a really bad game, but I have faith in him. Hopefully he avoids injury. I love Nicco as a person, but I'm just not seeing it at QB. I hope I'm wrong.
