    What size round bar is that and what length do you start with? Please and thank you

      I'd like to know, as well. It looks like the bar might be 1/4" or 6mm, but I am curious on the length.

    What do you recommend to as far as maintenance and use for the oiled charcuterie board? Should it oil be reapplied every so often? Should users limit what they place on the board to prevent staining?

    • @BacktoBasicsSimpleLiving
      @BacktoBasicsSimpleLiving 11 місяців тому

      Great question! For cleanup, we recommend washing with a cloth and dish soap then promptly drying. The mineral oil and beeswax-based finish we used in this video will require periodic reapplication to ensure the surface is protected. Another great option that we started using more recently is Osmo Top Oil. The manufacturer indicates that it is safe for food-surface contact and forms a hard wax coating, so is less prone to washing off like mineral oil. Worth considering and makes a beautiful finish!
