Radio Remote Controls for Industrial Cranes. Wireless Communication between transmitter and receiver with Feedback, AES Security, LCD Screen, and emergency Button.

A transmitter is a wireless remote control, handled by the operator to control the crane operation. It is very handy and designed such that it is very comfortable to hold and operate. any action on the transmitter like pressing a button or releasing a button and pulling the emergency key leads to wireless transmission to the receiver (relay box). when the operator wants to operate the crane, it transmits the commands wirelessly to the relay box according to the required action. on the other hand, the transmitter gives important indications to the user. the display on the transmitter shows the current status of the system like the status of the battery, the status of limit switches on the receiver side, the receiver which is currently connected to, internal communication status at the receiver side, and fault detection. also on the top side, the selector switch is provided to easily switch to another receiver. transmitter having an inbuilt system to optimize power consumption and hence, long-lasting operation avoids the irritation of replacing batteries frequently.
The receiver is the device contains the relays which are controlled by the transmitter and it is placed on the crane. relays in the receiver are intended to connect or disconnect the signal line or power line to the motors or other instruments. a receiver having the 8 inputs from the limit switches which are monitored by the receiver and their current status is transmitted to the transmitter or remote. any failure in an update to the current status of input will be notified on the transmitter side. it is also having an indication for power supply and signal detection. any fault or error or malfunctioning in the internals of the receiver will immediately switch off the whole system to avoid hazardous situations.
BUTTONS -
• All the buttons on the transmitter are highly durable and very smooth in the operation.
• All labels having a proper name to the corresponding operation.
• Transmitter having a key interlock feature which does not allow the system to acquire commands of two opposite direction e.g. UP and DOWN can't function simultaneously.
• More than three motion keys will stop the system as it does not allows more than three motion simultaneously.

      Think of colours as spectrum instead , and All colours are a combination of Red Yellow Blue , that is how computer screens & colour printers work.

      Magnetic waves don’t have different colours, when they hit the eye , your brain shows you the colours to differentiate the magnetic waves in the visible spectrum , magnetic waves don’t have colours they are just waves travelling at different frequencies .
