Not the best I can do, but the best I can do without losing my mind after a few hundred attempts. Incredibly ridiculous amounts of luck required, two gates and the Julii are finicky with diplomacy. We'll see about improving it in the future ;)

Rome: Total Diplomacy
Playing on iOS, I was hoping they would have fixed this diplomacy exploit. However, I am now the proud owner of the majority of the Seleucid Empire. Will try to do this as Seleucids - interesting to see if can pull it off before being absolutely bodied as imagine diplomacy doesn’t work after everyone declares war on you.
