I’d highly recommend a Makita drywall cutter. It’s fast and barely cuts past drywall and you can hook to a dust extractor. I couldn’t help but feel anxiety watching you stick that sawzall through the ceiling like that.

If I'm not using hot mud I would skip the sponge step and sand instead, correct?

Thank you. I have to replace a good deal of drywall after a neighbor flushed clorox wipes and blocked up the sewer main. This is pretty straight forward, wouldn't have thought through to add the 1x2s, but makes perfect sense now.

whats the best joint compound for exterior ceilings? I did the quick set hot mud for the tape and wondering about finish topping and texture!

Im curios, how do you mix with knock down mud texture mix before you use Hooper spray and also how much do yo air compressor like 90 psi before you spray on ceiling or wall thanks

I see that you, taped the outside around the border before putting the stucco on… I would have liked it if it had caulking or some kind of filler put around to keep over the years insects out. i’d be afraid the tape would eventually dry up specially here in Arizona and end up allowing insects and scorpions in.

Esta pirámide se ubica en Teotihuacan, en el Estado de México, es decir fuera de la ciudad. No es azteca, los aztecas eran guerreros, soldados y cuando llegaron a Teotihuacan, ya estaban esas pirámides

You didn't add a center support. A 50¢ firring stick screwed on both sides to prevent that flex, which will crack later...
