Genesis Am I Very Wrong

Mick being mick 😂
Show 😂😂😂😂😂
Gorgeous Mick.
The bass!! Bill is the best!!
What a great strange soul-version. Only Stones can do something like this. By the way, Beatles never were a live-band after "Star Club", they only did albums with all this expensive technical equiptment. For me, beatles never "ruled"! After Beatles broke, anybody of the former Beatles showed what he can as a musican. Plastic Ono Band, George, the Wings and even Ringo are great. But for me, the Beatles never came any bit close to what tha STONES did/ and still do.
The live versions of Satisfaction and Jumpin’ Jack Flash from the Stones’ Madison Square Garden concerts (as shown in the film Gimme Shelter), are LIGHT YEARS SUPERIOR AF!!! 👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🎆🎇🎆🎇
Still rocking 52 yrs later 2023 ,,and touring soon unbelievably 😊
My whole family is going to see them at Cleveland Browns Stadium in June! We got our tickets!
Unbelievable!!!
I love this version but the film editor should get fired. They cut every 2-3 seconds!!
I wonder if Syd wrote this about Libby.
weak
If I was making the kind of money I know they were making back then, I would have bought some shirts that fit me. The oversized ones he wore later on were even worse.
The stones would be cool even if they all had beer bellies like me. I was checking out Jaggers shirt and I thought jeez what if jagger had one of them things. Great version of Satisfaction, by the way.
the infamous 1971 version; you can tell they were tired of their 1965 hit and tried a new arrangement; I guess they didn't like it: they wouldn't play the song for the next ten years, until the 81-82 tour
Nothing against the Beatles but I've always felt that the Stones were better and it was by a wide margin at that. The chemistry this lineup had back then is undeniable and this is pure greatness. I would have loved to have been in attendance for this show as I've seen several videos from this gig and they were all jaw dropping
Yes of course. This one is soul. Is magic. Is greatest. And yes Rolling Stones very. Very better than beatles.
They’re not even close to the Beatles by a margin🫥 this band does rock tho

First time seeing this...❤❤❤
Basically, the Beatles had a huge variety in styles so they appealled to everyone, and they innovated more with song forms and recording styles and so on. However, they clearly never had the musical cohesion of this group. Listen to the way everything blends on a song like ventilator blues, totally beyond the beatles to play something like that
Whoa
Eccezionale Rolling Forever👍
Every lyrics site is incorrect. British Syd..... "Seein' as I'm........" ✌️
it is true that it is beautiful
4:53 this presence influenced many for decades, years, planets ...
❤️
Way more video coverage of Bobby Keys & Jim Price than that of Bill 🤦🏼
A pity.((((
What the!! Why does this video have a disclaimer?? Effin' PC , leftards!! LEAVE OUR CLASSICS ALONE!
Lucy who? Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds?
Me 😂
The Marquee Club was a small squashed in room in Wardour Street not much room but a lot of big time music came out listen
No home damageplan dimebag DARRELL can't find my way.......
they’ve never been able to do this song well when they’re playing live i don’t get why Richards can’t leave the bloody drum break alone it’s so great in the recording but he somehow feels the need to fill it up
Cause Keith preferred the way Otis Reading did it. But it was released by Decca unknown to them while they were in LA. Keith wanted to lead with horns. It’s a good thing they left it. He always says he wasn’t finished working on it and it was definetly his tune(wrote it in his sleep lol) but his guitar hook was too good to dismiss. He wanted that to be horns. It worked for Otis but the Stones weren’t as refined and that ripping intro lead on the studio version is timeless. And of course the space in the sound with Charlie’s beat. They also got sick of playing it so they’d mix it up.
Best version just kids like dime and Vinny paul 😹😹 rest brother s take care of mine thx.....
A " Super Group " just think if these guys had stayed together. They only gave us 1 album and at least we got 1. The simplest songs are the greatest. Case-n- point right here.
Charlie is just vibing lmao
“Oh go little girl...” Favorite Floyd song ever
This song followed me from the time I was ten to my years in high school....and was the soundtrack for all of my love affairs growing up......a most beautiful time
when Genesis was cool - I do not like Phil Collins at all.
As much as I love the Stones, this sounds like a garage band,
They're supposed to
U r saying it like it's something bad.😀
My how times have changed~~~~~the olds hood ornament, and the girl. Now days that's a no no.
Haha... looks like a young (and hairy) Fred Armisen in the crowd.
best live show Ive seen of them - usually theyre a shambles
Absolutely beautiful !!!
Great sound by the horn section!
I am here to listen to the audio recording, besides I am not offended by any image.

Damn royal mail.
Year 69' This song I like your músic and Guitars very good sound greats Musicians, Baker, Winwood, Clapton 🎸 🎹
I'm sorry but those saying this is the BEST version they've ever heard of this song live I would have to disagree completely... it's not a bad version but it's far from GREAT.... Jagger's vocal style on here isn't that great to me.... it makes it very difficult for me to listen to it... again it's not bad but far from great... just my opinion...
I agree, some local bar bands could sound better than this. The Stones probably have trouble living up to the original recording. Saw them in Chicago in '78' and they played it better then.
