    For now.. all depends from resolution. If someone playing 4k.. there is no to strong card for that cpu.

  • @robertvizler749
    @robertvizler749 5 днів тому

    The main problem is that you only think in terms of 1440p, there is also 4k, but... 4k is better because it relies more on the power of the Gpu and puts less strain on the cpu.... Ergo, there will be no bottleneck...

    It's a shame the fourth game Jet Moto 2124 got cancelled near completion, it had a lot of potential. We're lucky the prototype we managed to get is mostly playable. The most we got of Jet Moto Solar was concept art and design docs

      I played quite of bit of 2124 in prep for a video ive been planning, and it probably wouldve been the best jet moto game imo, the vehicles were so cool and I really loved the movement, track design was still a little suspect but without it being finished hard to say if it would have been ironed out.

    i play multiplayer games like cs and i like playing all low settings to get the most fps, i don't care how the game looks if it doesn't get 240fps steady, i was cpu bottlenecked and i didn't realise it until recently, if you play all low settings 1080p in games you're most likely gonna be bound by your cpu, i have been deceived by all the benchmarkers on youtube that always benchmark games on ultra settings and get low fps.

    • @KnightmareUSA
      @KnightmareUSA 17 годин тому

      @@skander8975 yes but watch the power supply, use one at least 200w over what you need minimum for overhead and efficiency. what do you want to use it for? expect higher usage and temps with demanding games that rely more on cpu, which is normal. if you don't care about fps over 60 and run a 1080p monitor then it is more than acceptable. should be ok for 1440p on medium settings as most games lean on the gpu. on here type the name of the cpu and the gpu, it will show comparisons and benchmarks. pcpartpicker also shows some people opting for 12400 and 4060 ti builds. I might push for a better cpu. With the 4060 ti, the competitor for raw perfomance and no dlss or ray tracing is probably the 6800 16 GB (not XT). ps the 4060 ti 16gb may perform better than it's 8gb model

Thanks. if you have Enshrouded that is a title that has extreme lighting, reflection in heavy fog environments. Thanks. 60 FPS use to be the holy grail 20 years ago, and was the target for hi end gaming rig builds. Only reason I ask is it will be interesting to see GPU / loads and to see the difference in graphic engine eye candy as well. setting all the cards for DLAA mode as well. thanks.

    About character development... I feel FF9 is the best at this, and Freya's gets kind of wrapped up eventually, I can see that specific one could have been explored more, but a lot of the main story is about her places and people. In the ending scene her story is wrapped up though. As for FF7, it's very formulaic in the way it tells the stories. You run from location to location, and each new one is a back story about a character. Each character get like 2-3 parts or something, and it always involves death or loss. But FF7, when it comes to the story, it has the mystery and action.

    • @LegitCamelRetro
      @LegitCamelRetro Місяць тому

      Yeah for Freya it just felt like she took a back seat after her major story beats. Totally agree with how you described the progression in FF7, and yeah I actually think the mystery of the whole thing is what makes the story work so well, it kind of uses the "unreliable narrator" in Cloud to pretty good effect until everything starts to be unveiled.

    😢 Bro I have a question please help me. I have the same specs on my pc but mi i5 12400 goes 100% usage all the time in games, like Warzone, Assassin Creed Odyssey. Why is that? I have 32gb Kingstong Fury 3200 MHz, Seasonic 650 W Gold, Nvme ssd 2tb gen 3, H610 motherboard, i5 12400 with graphics and a 6600 xt. All temperatures are good, neither the gpu or the cpu go beyond 65º C at 100% usage of both for a long time. All bios and drivers updated, 3 times re install all from 0. But I open a game and it’s 100% the cpu first and the gpu 85%-95%. Like I see yours % usage and I can’t comprehend, I have too much shuttering sometimes

    • @LegitCamelRetro
      @LegitCamelRetro Місяць тому

    "I believe there's also a Blue Mage in Final Fantasy VI." Gau & Strago in unison: "You called?" Relm: "Do tamers count?" And don't get me started on FF bosses with a counterattack pose. Rubicante, Wing Raptor, and Liquid Flame come immediately to mind. Hein from FFIII is similar, too. But I can agree that FFVII has some of the most unique enemies of the series. Totally agree that Ted Woolsey was a huge net positive. He had to translate with a huge time crunch and virtually no context, but some of his lines are immemorial, including spoony bards and Mr. Thou. Finally, I can't wait to see Legit Camel Retro's take on FFVII Remake. It sounds like he's somehow avoided all spoilers.

    • @LegitCamelRetro
      @LegitCamelRetro Місяць тому

      😂 yeah cant wait to play ff6 and try them out. Oh yeah I guess the series has quite a few counterattack pose characters, I suppose a better example would maybe have been the pot creature you have to throw an ether at to do damage, I havent played all the Final Fantasies but that seemed pretty unique to me.

    • @ErrarusDraco
      @ErrarusDraco Місяць тому

      @@LegitCamelRetro Sorry--Magic Pot had its start in FF5. Final Fantasy sure loves its tropes. I hate to admit it, but FF7's animations may be what really make it shine. Take a really boring boss like Air Buster. Mechanically, the only interesting part is that your team is split on each side. But visually, you're watching your team getting run over by a giant robot. I played FF9 a couple years ago and loved it, but I can't think of any bosses that are so dynamic. I like the SNES boss fights more overall, but most of them are static images that flash when they attack, so they don't leave the same impression.

      @LegitCamelRetro I played ff7,8, and 9 at essentially the same time, 9 became my favorite game of all time, 7 top 3, 8 I kinda no longer like

    That's okay, I played it in 2001, and still hated it. FF7 wasn't even good for its time.

      The thing is, there is a difference between having an opinion, and making an objectively false statement. If you didn't like it, thats fine. That is your opinion, which you are completely entitled to. However, saying that it wasn't even good for its time, is an attempt at an objective statement. The problem there is, look how it sold. Look how it spread. Look at the popularity of its characters. Those are objective standards that we can look at, and quantify its quality (to some degree at least.). The fact of the matter is, if it wasn't even good for its time, then all those factors would be dramatically less than they are/were.

    Very good rambling. The materia was indeed so efficient. You outline the narrative structure as a perfect triple act. The chara and team building mechanics feeding the plot. The melancholy of the crater followed by the epicness of the antichrist like battle. And the blurred hope that this eco/eschatologic tale leaves after all, a more traditional form of life. Very honest!

      @@skidmc That is not 100% true. Sakaguchi, who is the actual creator of Final Fantasy (and based on how far downhill the franchise has gone since he left, he was also the heart and soul of it.), left Square around the time of the Enix merger. He had nothing to do with Remake/Rebirth. I would agree with you that everything doesn't need a remake. However, in this case, Final Fantasy 7 is very clearly outdated in many aspects (mostly visuals, and translations. But there are some plot threads that could be smoothed out, like they mentioned in the video.). The fact of the matter is, despite what a lot of people who defend Remake try to say, if they kept the game 100% the same as the original, but gave it a modern graphical overhaul, and voice acting, it would have sold like hotcakes. The problem is, they didn't want to do a Remake, they wanted to make a new story, with new characters, and as such they did what the OP was saying. They created a jumbled mess with the story they wanted to make, and whatever iconic things they could shoehorn in from Final Fantasy 7, and slapped an FF7 themed skin over the top.

      @@ikeillue8385 This video shows you anyone can still appreciate stuff from the past that were good, in their original form. I still have to be shown any remake that s not disappointing. For a creator, it must be very frustrating too. Just produce new stories that are different but as enjoyable. The hunger for remakes is ruining all. Like the silly Bloodborne framerate situation.

    • @ikeillue8385

      @@skidmc Again, yes. Anyone can still appreciate stuff from the past, in its original form. But you can't deny how nice it would be to experience the original vision of that thing, but without the technological limitations of the day. When they were originally making Final Fantasy7, do you think that their vision was of blocky lego characters? Do you think their vision included the characters essentially holding up giant signs with sentences written on them for dialogue? I legitimately know people who can't stomach the visuals of the game, and struggle to see written dialogue as anything more than words on a page, who will never experience the story, just because of technology limitations of the time it came out. I do agree with you on the Bloodborne thing though. There is a point at which the technology got good enough, where a remake doesn't make sense. If a game was made in the PS4 era, it doesn't need a remake. Arguably even PS3 era games have strong enough technology to not need it. Heck, there are even some high end PS2 games that were made with strong enough technology that there is no need for it. I don't need to be able to see the individual hairs coming out of character's pores. However, it is nice to be able to actually hear a character speak, to be able to see their face, and have some level of facial features to allow the characters to emote.
