The AdBlue tank capacity is 17 liters. When there are about 2 liters left, the warning light comes on, so even if you put in 10 liters, there are still 5 liters left in the tank, so it's okay. It was explained at around 1:53 that the urea solution should not be spilled. And if you connect the two hoses like that and inject, the AdBlue will not spill, so I just injected it. @@Almosen The connector is double-locked. Just pull the yellow lock slightly, then spread the black lock and pull it out. It would be nice to have a picture, but it's hard to explain in words.

@@gups1974 i wasnt able to make it work, I was able to pull the yellow lock, but i'm not sure where the black lock is located, in the end, I still succeeded to take off the bumper, since the disconnection of the headlights is not required to remove the front bumper :)

@@laupakhin That's right. This part also happens frequently in Korea to the point where it needs to be recalled. If you replace it with an assembly that includes a rail, the roof glass needs to be removed, which costs a lot of money. That's why service centers only replace the wires.

@@gups1974 I changed it myself, no need to remove window. The difficult part is the removal and placing again of trim parts on a/b/c colons of the car, especially the rear ones.

@@laupakhin just search for the term "C4 picasso tavan sanruf ve perde tamiri", a video with a 14:11 length. It is a Turkish video showing the repair but you can see that the roof window doesn't need to be removed. The people in this video repaired it with very poor workmanship. If a little time and attention is spent, it will be a very clean workmanship.

I think the reason for using plastic is probably because the entire rail is damaged if it is made of metal. All of the roof blinds of other companies are also plastic. But I don't think it's too easy to break.

@@gups1974 of course you should be careful about the size of the item, cad drawing is very important. I made it cut with laser. I already used it 2 years without problem. There shouldn't be any contact to roof rails, or any voice while it is working.
