I don't think the feelings were necessary romantic, there are other types of love that can represent an unhealthy attachment to people. Siblings for example like twins, they have this unbreakable bond so much so that it becomes difficult to separate especially when they find love interests. The show could also represent an unhealthy friendship where you're giving all of you to this person who doesn't really seem to care to do the same, it hurts even more after you both separate and you realize that the friend isn't really affected at all by your absence.

Aww I wanted to see y'all reaction after the episodes was over even if is negative it seem like some of the Steven Universe fandom can't take criticism even though Steven Universe isn't perfect.

As I mentioned before I understand why you guys reacted to the finale this way and I'm glad you were able to understand why it ended like it did after the fact. I think Future on the whole was much better written and animated than the OG series, but with a scant twenty episodes (which is the more recent season length for CN) it was never going to hit EVERY beat people wanted. I understand that. I just think Future is way over criticised by (other) people who either didn't get what they wanted or think it was a poor portrayal of mental health (even though it wasn't). In any case, it was great to have caught most of the series with y'all. I didn't agree with everything you guys said over the years, but your content was something I always looked forward to regardless. Thanks for everything and good luck with whatever you choose to do next!

I learned to appreciate the finale after while, as someone who watched SU since the pilot; I was extremely disappointed with the finale when I first watched it (Now I appreciate it quite a lot lol)! I’m not exactly sure why I was that disappointed but I guess it’s because I expected a lot (especially when I had to wait 6-7 years till the series ends with the huge amount of long hiatuses and filler/wasted episodes, of course; I know that most of these problems were Cartoon Network’s fault and I won’t forgive them for not giving the Crewiniverse what they needed when they were working on the show), the series means a lot to me (and probably to both of you too); It took me time but in the end, I realized what the series was meant to be; then I started to love the finale a lot! *Can’t wait to see your thoughts on the finale in your next video👍🏻😅*
