      This is her podcast, she can decide who she wants to help with her content. Why is it that male hosted podcasts have 50/50 split listenership and female hosted podcasts (not targeting specifically women) have 85/15 split of women vs men?

    The secret to employee happiness is to pay your employees enough that they can fully fund a comfortable life while also paying them enough extra so that they can conceivably save or pay off debts. If you can not or will not do that, you are not a business owner, you are a slaver.

    Funny how 100%of the women only want equality in air conditioned offices. I'm actively looking for construction laborers. Where are all the women seeking for equality here? 🦗🦗🦗You've never wanted "equality". You just want special treatment.
