Cinematic FPV | Showreel 2023
Put together some of my best cinematic FPV shots of 2023.
Eventhough I had many more I decided to keep it as short and spicy as possible.
All the clips you see were shot on GoPro 10, 11 and 12 with my custom build tinywhoop, 5inch drone and the almighty Bob57 (believe it or not - the "under the bridge shot" at 00:47 was done with this quad).

This mountain has been on my list for quite some time now as it's a long hike until you get close to it from this side. When I reach the ridge you can see a steep drop off at the left down to the famous lago di braies. Towards the end you can see the Rifugio Biella (Seekofel Hütte) which sits at 2327m a.s.l. Shot on the Hero12 with the iFlight Bob57 and a 3300mah Lipo. Thanks for watching!

Took the new GoPro Hero12 out on a testrun on the iFlight Bob57 for some cinematic FPV flying. Also tried out the new GP-Log profile which did pretty well I'd say. Flew all the way up to the beautiful Peitlerkofel which reaches 2875m at it's peak. The light was just perfect for the flight with a little bit of wind getting in some shakes. When I saw this bridge I immediately knew that it would be a next level line to fly. Unfortunately I only had my 6" drone with me which made this shot anything but easier. Still decided to send it. Great flying. I just bought the same quad and working my way up. I see you love to use the 3300mah. Just wondering, wouldn't it be a bit heavy with the quad + ~600g battery + ~200g gopro 11? Also do you do flips and rolls with this setup, as in does the combined weight make it a bit difficult to do them? Also lastly what range do you get - I use ELRS (Boxer) and Goggles 2 and lose signal around the ~600m mark.
@@BirBilling-h6n you dont really want to do flips or rolls very far out. You can do them but dont have the agility of a 5inch drone obbiously. ELRS gives you plenty of range - its more the goggles2 that will limit you depending on your region and wether you have the FCC unlock done or not. Either way you have to chose ypur position very carefully in order to keep the signal throughout the whole flight!

@@jws5161 no..it was shot in falt. I would try not tos hoot in log as you lose more than you gain. The shadows for example get super mushy and lose a lot of detail when shooting in log

What are the best controllers for long range flights with the bob57?
@@roguechaos7631 controller really doesnt matter all too much. Its more about what receiver you are using. The best options out there are ELRS and Crossfire..then you just have to choose a radio thats compatible with those!
@@SirMProductions How would I know which reciever I am using with the stock I flight bob57? I know it has the dji 03 air unit. would that be the same as ELRS and Crossfire?
@@roguechaos7631 if you ordered it from iflight you could chose the transmssion system. So it depends on what you chose there
@@SirMProductions I purchased the standard option without the ELRS and Crossfire. However if i purchase one of those receivers from another website how challenging would it be to install it into the drone?

@@SirMProductions Ah, nice. I also started flying long range now (I’ve flown many 5” drones, Cinewhoops, and of course, normal drones), but I sometimes struggle to find the right place to get the best signal.

@@roguechaos7631 i use 3300mah which gibves me good flight times. But you can also go liion for super long range. Always depends on your needs Id say!

@@ChristianoGioacchini i use the polar pro nds but just recently switched over to camera butter as they offer a nd4 too. I dislike the red dotted flare you get off the polar pros when you fly against the sun a lot

Using the integras as they are very compact making them easier to carry for longer hikes!
Amazing shot! Really nice! Aside from the motion blur produced by the ND filter, what software did you use to add few more motion blur?
I didnt add anymore motion blur. Its all done by the set shutter speed of 1/60 on 30fps!
