i would recommend Tray Bake Aluminium Foil Food Tray with dimensions 323 x 201 x 33mm.

Hi love, it’s all in the description and in the video of the step by step guide but it’s 160 degrees and for about 25 to 30 mins.

Hi it’s in the description below how much is needed for each ingredients.
I knew someone would come up with that comment after watching the video, i thought that too but looked in the description before i made a comment about it. It looks delicious. I think it would of been easier if you took the sponge out the tray first before you applied on the jam sprinkled on the coconut and cut the cake, it looked like you were struggling at the end and a bit messy, but regardless of that you done a great job a thumbs up from me.
