I have RECLINER sling chairs by telescope. Do you have a video with instructions for sling replacement to help me get by the recliner mechanism ?? Thanks

Where can I find that exact spreader? When I go to telescope's website the spreader is different. The one they show, I actually ordered in January from a different company and it never shipped and they aren't answering calls or emails. I like the one in the video - help.

Question: instructions say to submerge strap in boiling water for 45 minutes, not to exceed 15 minutes? Should it be 45 seconds, not to exceed 15 minutes? Thanks

I remember the Vandermindens house (I could see it from my house) when I was a kid and lived in Grandville during the 60's and early 70's. My father worked in the boiler room at Telescope to pay the bills while he went to college.

Looks real easy on that new chair they show. Try a 15 year old chair with stuck bolts. The spline dry rotted in and breaks.
